The only other thing I received from them after the interview email is another email sending me the secondary. But I'm assuming that was just an odd glitch

I got the same email, and when I asked them about it it and a low down of the schedule this was their reply, ".You are fine the email was sent out by mistake. You will be given the information about the interview and schedule when you come." .

I don't think so, I will be sending in my DO letter as soon as it's ready even though they already have an MD letter on file. I have also already been offered an interview.

I never got a "you're complete" email. But based on the online portal, they got my last LOR's on July 30th. Interview invite was emailed on the 7th of August

I had an admissions person, a PhD professor, and a D.O.

Started right off the bat with the BIG THREE (if you don't know what the big three is, you are dead in the water), but they kept it light and fun. 20 min flew by and they stopped asking questions at 20 min on the dot. They asked me questions you can find on the interview questions on this website and threw some more into the mix. Nothing too crazy; just be ready to think and express your opinion, and defend that opinion. There are no wrong answers, only what you think/feel and how strongly you can defend your position. You might have an answer that the interviewers don't agree with and that is fine as long as you can argue for your point. Don't change your mind only to appease them.

I was also complete on 8/8, and when I checked this morning, there was nothing. 🙁

BUT I just checked right now and got an II too! Yay! The earliest date available now is 9/19. How difficult is it to reschedule if I needed to?

they dont have 13 available. I am trying to decide between 19 and 20, whichever one gets me the cheapest flights.

Edit: just scheduled on the 20th. Now contemplating if I should drive there for 5 hours or not. If I fly there, I would still need a way to get from airport to school, which is 30 miles distance, which will require me to probably pay for a car rental...hmm..decision. decisions.

for anyone else curious, I called drury (so?) inn and they have a free shuttle service from and to school. The lady said to get from airport to hotel and vica versa, you can reserve super shuttle for $20 each way. Also, one night stay at the hotel is $80.

Personally, I will be driving to Arizona. Its only 5hours away from my place in Cali so I can save $ on flights/car rental.

I looked at the portal today and saw that they opened a bunch of new interview dates in October, I'm guessing that means that they are going to be sending out another batch of interview invites here shortly.

Just completed the secondary app and my LORs from Interfolio arrived, so I am now complete! Feels good to have everything in. 🙂 Hopefully AZCOM will show me some love despite my underdog GPAs.

Look at the interview feedback at the top of this page. Not that hardcore for me, definitely manageable. One or two questions that I didn't already have a good idea of what I was going to say.

II September 18th! Ive been checking my portal like crazy and was just updated about an hour ago. Stats MCAT 27O sGPA 3.75 cGPA 3.67.

I ended up switching my date to 9/18. See you there!

My other interview at ATSTIL soma is on 9/14 so I'll be in the Phoenix area for 5 days checking everything out. PM me if your in the area for some Interview practice or just grab something to eat.

I originally switched to this date because I thought ATSU SOMA would send me an interview invitation, and they never did. I waited over a week to make my travel plans, but no II came. Oh well. I like AZCOM much more than ATSU. I will not be returning to AZ if ATSU sends me an II.

Why don't you just drive the night before and spend the night at the Drury? Drury is only like $80/night and they have a shuttle service to AZCOM.

3.94 sGPA, 3.92 cGPA, 28O MCAT, but keep in mind I have a pathetic 6 on verbal T_T

I have a cGPA of 3.4 a sGPA of 3.3 and a 28 with a 6 physics and go an II. I'd be surprised if you didn't get an interview here.
