Some off things I found

I find the night kills to be strange, and I am getting at least one veteran player wolf feels here. They seem to be pretty randomly players who aren’t making much of a contribution. Almost like an ex-mod who wants to keep the game interesting.

Not sure who mods these days other than WZ, but I don’t think this would be her style. Any thoughts?

Top candidates for lynch to me are WZ, MJ, Animal midwife, skimble, and also MEL, SARS, MSU, and of course I would have to be included in that list. I just think the wolves must be active or veteran. SARS and MSU are there on feels.

But literally everything Mel,says I think is wrong or misleading. That will be my next target, can’t keep on ignoring the off-ness of the play.

I'm not a big fan of this MSU lynch SOV was doing. No explanation except "sounds like a wolf to me". Especially combined with something earlier he said about letting the village do the heavy lifting as a wolf. (I forgot to quote that one). The MSU and Killer votes seemed lazy to me

Even though I am on the coffee lynch I agree. The conservative play is to lynch the wolf. If they are alpha you lose nothing, if they die, they were going to die anyway and naive players may give you some cred.

When coffee hopefully dies, I don’t think we can really learn anything.

Says that Coffee lynch is conservative but doesn't provide any other reads or thoughts of switching. Is it bussing? Does he know Coffee might be alpha and so him staying there might earn some village cred without repercussion?

The case for MJ is based on VCA (as it somewhat has to be, considering his established baseline for participation). Can you tell me that his position on D1, 3, & 4 doesn't look at least a little bit sketchy?

As for woofs - this is where I'm at for thinking about a pack. I really believe there is at least one woof between SOV and MJ. If I had to only pick one, I don't like MJ's votes. However, I don't like a lot of SOV's posts leading up to the Coffee lynch.

Tinfoil theory: Dubz is a wolf. That's been bouncing around since D1. Occasionally she just says or does things that kind of sketches me out this game which I don't like. I haven't pushed her village for anything in particular.

Skim has come up a bit and is null on my sheet which I feel like I need to go and look back into posts but I'm not really liking her vote pattern either.

So, I think I could see a Coffee, MJ/SOV, Skim/Dubz wolf pack. Plus whoever for convert


Have some village reads for bonus:
Strong village on Zig based on early interactions with Coffee. Village lean on Dina and MSU. Weird gut feeling Mel is village. Leaning village on you because you don't sound like your woof self to me.

Null on Dolph (had her mild wolf lean but other people I trust to read her have been reading her village), Cray, and DocE at this point

This is a basics game. B A S I C S.

Villagers won't be too fancy so a villager resisting lynch aint a villager. Tiny chance there is a lynch canceling power but that probably wouldn't be in a basics either.

And here is the simple break down on wolves who survive a lynch. ALWAYS try twice. Always. Period. The math has been done and it's the winning move. Especially in a basics game. Because I can see a single lynch survival being a power. I can see "needs to be the last wolf standing" being a power. But more than 1 lynch resistance (without having last wolf standing status) would never be a situation in a basics match.

Lynch coffee.

If this is a basics game then you just play good strategy. this is good strategy.

Allowing a wolf to sacrifice themself is a theory I always suggest when I'm in a wolf pack.

So far, I'm the only one to ever voluntarily let other wolves "catch" me for the good of everyone else. I don't think anyone would actually allow their wolf partners to make such a mistake as it's so sloppy it borders on purposeful.

Then again it is a beginners game

The ski area consists of three mountains: Morse, Madonna, and Sterling, and is known for difficult triple black diamond trails coming off of a vertical drop of 2,610 feet (800 m). Many of the trail names hearken back to the mountain's illicit past. One skier heard the ghosts of rum runners whispering to her through the trees... and disappeared into the pass forever.

The blizzard continued overnight, blanketing all of Vermont in sparkling white powder and causing whiteout conditions on the roads. Travel was treacherous and at least a few of the skiers argued whether or not it was worth it to continue on to their next stop.

Though this storm was a frightening one, it was not necessarily out of character for the region where our skiers now traveled. The highest ridge of the Green Mountains not only gets the same snow that blankets the rest of New England but also picks up significant "backlash" snow after the storms have passed, due to strong northwest winds sweeping across Lake Champlain. In other words, it's a skier's paradise.

Mad River Glen is notorious for a few reasons. It is owned by a cooperative, and controversially does not allow snowboarding. It is also widely accepted to be the most challenging terrain on the east coast. An old school rating system is used to demarcate the difficulty of the various trails. For example, the infamous 38º pitch of the Paradise run is still only rated at a black diamond, when it would likely earn three of those diamonds at other ski areas. ...Indeed, a ski area for those with a little touch of the crazies.
