Wait WHAT?! Bruno went back to residency? That’s so interesting. He taught me during my residency. Learned most of what I know about CBCT from him. Wonder what his endgame is… Cant imagine it’s clinical endo…

He already started opening a practice in Austin according to his instagram!

Yeah he's a big name in endo, specifically CBCT

I do feel bad for the Einstein interviewees the year he applied. Could you imagine showing up to that interview and seeing him there 😆?

has anyone been invited to Detroit mercy or university of Michigan yet for an interview? Looking at last years forum, it seemed to be around this time but deadline to apply for both schools is not until July 15th. thanks!

Hello All, if anyone has some experience with interviewing at NOVA in the past and willing to share, I would really appreciate it.

Please private message me about it at your convenience.

Thank you!

Does anyone know if Rutgers gave out their offers?

I’d love information for NSU interview as well, thank you!

Anyone have info on Louisville and Minnesota?

For anyone who got invite from ucla, did you hear back from them after you confirmed? I was hoping to hear back esp since the interview is in 3 days..
I haven’t received a confirmation either and so little information regarding the interview! I hope they didn’t send these invites by mistake 🫢

Can Anyone share common interview questions? Would be grateful.
- Tell me about yourself is a guarantee
- Why Endo? Also guarantee
- Do you have any questions for us? Guarantee
- Why our program?
- What are some of your strengths?
- What are some of your weaknesses?
- Why should we pick you?
- What are some of your successes?
- What’s an example of a time that you failed?
- Tell me about a time you worked as a team
- Tell me about a time when you overcame something
- Describe a personal or professional conflict and how you handled it
- Describe an emergency case and how you handled it
- Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
- Questions on details of your CV - be prepared to expound on anything that’s on it
- What are some hobbies outside of dentistry?
- How many cases have you completed?
- What techniques do you use?
- What materials do you use?

These are very common questions in general. Programs may ask other scenario based questions and ask how you would respond. They also may ask odd questions like what superhero best describes you, etc. Hope this helps.

Hey guys! For those who already took ADAT or planning to to take it, would you please shed light on best materials we should study from? How much time do we need to cover the material? As I’m planning to apply for it very soon!

First aid (I read it couple of times), mental dental videos for clinical sciences, YouTube has a lot of videos about biostatistics and after everything is covered, crack the ADAT. I took it and got average 560. I’d say it took me about 4 months to prepare, but I work full time and sometimes in the weekends also.

Anyone heard from Buffalo? Or knows when they might start sending invitations ??

I got rejected by Minnesota. The other 3 Universities are A, M texas, Connecticut, and West Virginia, and since they have already sent out invites, should I lose hope by now?

Anyone who accepted Temple interview, did you hear back with the more detail after you accepted or did they confirm that they received your email?

I think he wants to practice actually lol

is nyu endo program worth it if im taking out an additional 300k in loans (including living) on top of my 200k from dental school

That depends on you brother/sister. You need to run the math on your interest accumulation and see if youre willing to work extra hard to pay that off. Personally I paid off my dental school loans (250k) before applying to endo but Id be lying if I told you I wouldnt risk it for the biscuit in your shoes.
