I'm just so glad to be done with work. You have no idea. Between FLUTD cat, and back-from-the-dead dog, and pericardial effusion cat, and weird-as-hell-gastric-foreign-body cat and parvo puppy and .... a whole host of others. It was a long day.

The man picked up a meal from the slot under his door and laughed. How fitting.

Steak. Or, well, a greyish brown patty of something that was probably beef.

But he was good at pretending, so it could be steak. If he pretended hard enough, it could even be a steak from the screaming, angry creature he had killed earlier today. He hadn't brought tools for the slaughter, but beating the creature with a shovel worked surprisingly well. He still had dark, dried brownish-red blood on his hands from the cows' - @Abney - frantic final struggle. Served her right for watching him all those nights.

He was truly exhilarated as he slowly chewed on the disgusting slab of meat, and decided to go for a walk. Night had fallen, but as he stepped out of the crude dirt home, he didn't even think twice. For some reason, he wasn't afraid any more.

Dead is @dyachei - Fear, represented by the Ghast mob, whose mewling screams terrified people in the night.

It is now Night 7. Night will close at 7AM EST. Try to get actions in tonight.
