Well, even though it's not pleasant it's good to keep in mind. There was also a game before where a wolf had a "one-time" extra kill.

I'm fine with the T4C lynch because as I stated, they have contributed nothing to the game. I'd be fine with a DocE lynch because that info drop was wolfy, and the timing was sketchy as f***, almost to pull away from T4C... but he has a lynch avoidance confirmed by Mad Jack so I feel that's be a waste of a day. I've had dds on my sketchy list for a while now so I'd be alright there as well but for now I'm going to leave my vote where it is. T4C is leading my sketch list.

Kam vs DocE. They both are suspect to me. I don't think role abilities help much but Kam hints at needing to be lynched but I never heard of any advantage gained and DocE is either being himself, or DVMD is onto something. We are all assuming Kam is the droid we are looking for, and I am not 100% sure. I would consider lynching DocE but I am tired of wasting lynch votes on non-wolves.

I am off the T4C kick. His explanation of his tracking makes sense, especially my role - or lack thereof, which I haven't mentioned to anyone.

As for DocE's loungers as wolves theory. Meh. I am guessing that is gonna give you random results. I can see him fall in love with the idea, cause, well he is DocE. If I had to guess I would say STL randomized the wolves, hence the "don't look at roles or role names" warning. I am thinking he wants us to actually analyze play, so I am not jumping on any BS theme DocE is espousing (and I am usually a lover of that stuff).

I don't see any other candidates right now, so I am gonna do a more careful read. I cancelled my flights today and WW-ing and dog fuzzies are on the agenda.

We should may be consider what a wolf would be in this game. Who would definitely be a wolf and prey on the weak. Noobs? Unlikely. Maybe sdn mods? Perhaps. I really dont have a great idea. But i know what class of people would be way up there: the cut throat lounge players. I happen to know one who has a proclivity (i learned that word from him, it means "tends to". Hes so smart) towards cracking eggs and killing off villagers just to test theories?

Which is to say, DocE. But not the DocE posting here. The DocE of the game. Confused yet? I am. You're probably not.

So while im completely enamoured with him and his play because... well.... its inspiring. I think maybe we need to consider seeking out people who may represent the most vicious players out there. The DocE. The JDH (no clue if hes in this). The DVMD. The Samoa (i have nightmares of the ways samoa has screwed us over effortlessly).

Even Wild Zoo recognizes my abilities.



I'm surprised the bad guys haven't come for me yet, but they probably know - as do you, a polished werewolf, that eventually the hysteria will reach the pitch of fever around me.

And you trust T4C's "tracking results more than MJ's about having lynch avoidance? I read some of the replies posted in the interim, and decided that they make sense about T4C. I guess I'm the only one who can't change a lynch vote without a side swipe.

Focused my attention on reading the posts of less veteran / more noobish players, just assuming they would make more slip-ups or be less likely to post. If I call you a noob, take no offense, I haven't played much last year or two so most of you are noobs.

I 100% found the noob to lynch, bottle of bear. I have never seen so many comments that add nothing to strategy, then couldn't find bottle of bear in the roster. So either someone is a stealth mod, doesn't know how to post in **** as a non-player, or I am going crazy. That was a nice waste of 15 minutes.

Went through a bunch of other noobish players. haxx, coopah, cdo, ammidwife, sar, snowshoe, soy,.

I am still a bit suspicious of snowshoe's electoral victory, but find nothing damning in her commentary.
Some of what AM midwife says concerns me but not enough to follow through (but wow she talks a lot).
haxx, coopah, cdo, sar seem to be trying and not particularly evasive.

That leaves soy, who hardly ever posts and has said nothing. A noob in a wolf group is probably gonna be pretty quiet, and a noob villager would probably be doing/saying/asking questions that make them seem more noob-ish...

So based on that.

From reading a lot I have a handful of players I trust as more villagery now, which hopefully will help me follow along when busy (which this upcoming week looks to be.... ), but that list stays unspoken.

Ehh I'm iffy on silent players. Sometimes, yes, you can catch a wolf, but I've found with wolves it's more better to contribute just enough and play along. I have no idea what DocE is up to, either, and can't wait to find out his role.

He's giving me a serious case of the feels and he's got lynch avoidance. If anyone is an assassin, they could try knocking him out of the game via that mechanism I guess, since this probably won't work. But hey, just, like, take him or our other lynch averse friend out at some point pls.

Also, sorry about the whole mix up, but ultimately I never really got what the big deal was- when I'm a seer, I don't play it like most people. I hit one person to talk to, followed by people giving me feels or high value targets (good players that would be devastating if they were a wolf). DocE, LIS, and DVMD are almost always the ones I hit directly after one communication buddy.

I'm not down with the DocE lynch, it won't work, and for now I don't think he's a wolf either. What would be the point of a wolf that can't be lynched, at all? And I'm not sure I believe DocE the role would be a wolf either.

Idk. 100% lunch avoidance wouldn't normally be a wolf role, but if I am right and wolves are randomly assigned..then so what...but that would make game kind of tough for village if they lose their assassin...unless there are multiples.

She's chaos.

I am a huge fan of theirs. They are just so very inspiring. She put lots of respect and trust in me and that means a lot to me. Basically she is like a bjg sister to me. A beloved big sister. We've talked and they swear they want to just so good and spread pro villager love.

But regardless of what they say, chaos eventually needs to die. When their win condition isnt explicitly mine, eventually i have to (weep a little and) do what needs to be done. I sat on this as long as i could until we ran out of better lynch ideas.

So... Ceke's magical plan for taking out a wolf earlier was that she was chaos? I get sitting on the info, I'm all for letting 3rd party players get the chance to play a bit first. She shared the same with me- claims to be villager chaos but I don't think we can ever really trust chaos. She's kind of all over the place, too, which may be her thing but just reads as jittery and trying too much.

You were the one who came in and grabbed on, even though, let's be honest, it doesn't make any sense to assume "called the group I'm in with soy that we chat within a 'group chat'" somehow translates to wolf. It makes you look eager. I just think it's an absurdly silly leap of reasoning to make. You're entitled to vote however you want, but I'm entitled to take note when your vote makes it look like you're grasping at straws.

While I agree with the "grasping at straws" bit about the T4C "slip" about group chat vs. PM, the whole back and forth between you and AM feels a lot like distraction tactics. Not a fan of what was going on there.

Hm I definitely don't mind the ceke vote, I'm of the camp "If it's not village it needs to die". However, I'm not voting T4C because of the odd statement, I'm voting because s/he has literally contributed nothing to the game and I feel that's more prevalent that a potentially chaos player. Also, Doc E drop of that info is sketchy to me. It's very wolfy IMO to chaos hunt, and is completely pulling away from the T4C vote if s/he a wolf. So, I'll be leaving my vote where it it, but I will not upset if ceke goes.

Agreed with the wolfy to chaos hunt bit. Need to read more but calling out the timing was interesting if T4C really is a wolf and DocE was trying to flip the vote before things got rolling too far. I've seen him pull some crazy stunts before as a wolf.

I am a villager, I am also able to receive messages from the dead.

I told my PM partners that I was chaos, but villager chaos working for the good of the village, which to me meant causing chaos for the wolves (part of this was a misunderstanding initially of my role, part of it was also to see who would spill the beans on me because that would give a good indication of wolf). IF I was the affiliation I claimed, which I am not, I would have tried to get myself converted then passed on the name of one wolf to my PM partners. They in turn were supposed to pretend that I'd just dropped too much information by accident, which I thought seemed plausible considering how all over the place I've been lately. I knew that by doing this I would be lynched as well, so basically it was supposed to be kamikaze mission whereby I took out myself and another wolf at the same time.

The reason I told my PM partners this was because I figured if I was wolf killed, one of them should be suspected; if my 'affiliation' (villager, not chaos, but they didn't know that when I first told them the plan to kill a wolf) was revealed then it would also mean the person who revealed the information should be looked at with suspicion, because why would a villager try to stop a plan to kill a wolf?

So in summary, think of the Chaos affiliation as a misdirection in order to clear or confirm wolves. I am a villager, and receiver of messages from the dead (which I'm also still trying to work out how I can best use to the villages advantage.

WTF, is Ceke chaos or not chaos? This is super confusing.

Adding to the above: Also another reason I've been off my game when posting in thread, apart from what I told Fireman which is also all true - I've been trying to play several different angles behind the scenes to assist with either finding or killing a wolf. A lot of stuff has been planned in my head, and I haven't always had the mental energy left to post properly in the actual game thread.

Also I'm fairly confident Filly is a villager. I used an item on her last night that would indicate this to be the case.

Wait, could Ceke PM with Fireman?? or is she referring to an on thread conversation they had? I thought she was next to DocE and TRH?

This might have happened before either of you started playing, but Ceke made a similar post to this in a past game. She was determined to help the village regardless of affiliation. Even when starting as a wolf. This is very in character for her, but the difference this time is that she's not a villager.

No, it was't. But because I misunderstood what my role was I figured it was the type of thing someone who was a chaos villager working for the village would do. I was playing to what I thought was my role, planning to cause chaos for the wolves. And like I said before I didn't consider it cheating at the time, because I thought it was something a chaos player would do. When I find out I'd gotten my role wrong, and I was in fact village and not chaos, I simply chose not to correct my PM partners because I wanted to see what they would do.

If I had understood that I was a villager right from the beginning I would never have come up with the plan I had come up with in the first place. I know and understand that you don't do that sort of thing as a villager, I've been told how bad that is for a game - but because I misunderstood my role initially, and thought I was chaotic good I then figured it was just the sort of thing a chaos player would do.

Okay, I get misreading your role, making a mistake. It happens. And I guess trying to test people isn't always a bad thing. But I feel like this was a lose-lose situation. Honesty is the best policy typically when a villager - small lies to protect yourself or other power roles sure but not big things that can impact game and swing a lynch. Guessing this is a lesson learned.

By the way, DocE was more than willing to go along with my plan to take out a wolf - indeed it was him who made suggestions as to how it could be done without it being considered cheating or upsetting the mods game plan. Seems a little convenient for someone to go along with a plan to kill a wolf, go so far as to suggest ways in which that plan could be carried out, agree to be on board with that plan, and then out the person who's idea it initially was as a chaos character (misunderstood role like I said) in turn effectively stopping any plan that might've gone ahead and might've affected the wolves.

Now this is an interesting piece of information. DocE as wolf, egging along a chaos player, until such time as chaos needed to be taken down to safe a wolf in jeopardy? T4C or DocE are looking like good wolf possibilities right about now.

If there is a booster out there they should come forward with who they boosted. If that wasn't obvious.

I'm sad because my character died, I'm happy because the mods thought of me while creating this game. <3 One of my favorite people played as me, and that makes me happy, but she's dead now. 🙁

Can we perhaps try a different strategy? And this is totally a shot in the dark. A shot in the dark i am not a fan of.

But i know if all you brave and impressive people are willing to do it that i will have the courage to follow through.

We should may be consider what a wolf would be in this game. Who would definitely be a wolf and prey on the weak. Noobs? Unlikely. Maybe sdn mods? Perhaps. I really dont have a great idea. But i know what class of people would be way up there: the cut throat lounge players. I happen to know one who has a proclivity (i learned that word from him, it means "tends to". Hes so smart) towards cracking eggs and killing off villagers just to test theories?

Which is to say, DocE. But not the DocE posting here. The DocE of the game. Confused yet? I am. You're probably not.

So while im completely enamoured with him and his play because... well.... its inspiring. I think maybe we need to consider seeking out people who may represent the most vicious players out there. The DocE. The JDH (no clue if hes in this). The DVMD. The Samoa (i have nightmares of the ways samoa has screwed us over effortlessly).

I dont know if hes a wolf. For all i know maybe the mods love me and hes some overpowered mega villager. But probably not. Probably hes a wolf.

So DocE wants us to lynch character DocE. Am I reading this correctly? I believe we were told to not take role names into account, but I'll admit the theory is appealing.
