Maybe I shouldn't post the tally since the mods are about to.
Easy go-to reasons? Like I haven't watched MJ play ridiculously under the radar while sketch in like, four recent games, and getting away with it till mid-game when someone dared push on him. I adore Kam and it takes being the sketchiest of sketchballs (which she has thoroughly accomplished) to make me lynch her, and I don't lynch noobs N1.Agreed with Coop on this. You were also trying to push MJ for what felt like easy go-to reasons, Trilt.
Slight side eye from me for posting things that seem like things you would do, for reasons you would do them, but just jamming the point home a little harder than usual.
Kam or MJ flip wolf, then different story, of course.
EDIT: damn phone lost my quotes, please hold while I find them haha
So definately thinking posting restriction, or at least adhering to what the person's description is in their role.I see a lot of waffling, which from my experience means one of two things: Either you're clueless and have no vision as to what the metrics of the game are, or you are purposefully trying to confuse everyone with last minute bandwagons and sketchiness. Also, the notion that lynching a noob somehow detracts from the experience of the game, as others have pointed out, is patently false. If you go back to some of the greatest games I have ever played, the satisfaction of just being involved in the game for one fleeting second is a sensation that you chase. At one moment or another, you find yourself chasing the thrill for just one more round. For example, you may find yourself thinking, "Next time, if I don't scream, 'I'm a wolf' at the top of my lungs, I just might make it to another level." Still, when you wish for something, the payoff is not nearly as great as it seems because with the ability to outlast the competition (whether by luck, science, skill, or silence) comes the responsibility of making it to the end and representing the last of your kind. For those of you reticent to lynch a noob, I say, lunch away. Their time will come anyway as it always does.
half the fun of the game tbh.Vetties bicker a lot![]()

True true, but I was commenting on the fact that they're just posting a wall of rambling text for just about each post. That applies for everyone.
It is the first damn day and I am willing to believe that MJ wouldn't use a dead relative to avoid a lynch. I could have just as easily picked Kam to get him out of the lead but I decided to go with the one not comfortable with the role play aspect of the game. I just didn't realize that we all had to explain ourselves to you. I'll be sure to spell things out for you in the future.Well considering I've justified every lynch I've made... try one of those. 😉
meanwhile we have precisely one legitimate justification among every Ceke vote:
I mean, hey, maybe she'll flip scum and I'll look like a *******. But this is lazy play and I'll grump at people for what I perceive as such.
I asked if she had ever watched a game before, no one answered. I watched 2 games prior to joining my first game, did I still learn from that game that I died N1? Yup. It's not the most terrible thing to happen, and I personally would have preferred she died in that lynch over Kam (as of right now anyway, I obviously don't know Kam's affiliation). Sorry if you feel my honesty is harsh, but considering it happened to me and I'm still ok with it, should say something.Particularly the comment about killing the noob so she can watch instead. Do you know for a fact she's never read a game before? I think it's easier to learn by trying and stumbling along than just sitting back and watching.
So yeah, you can side-eye me fore justifying everything I've done, or you can side-eye 50% of the field that contributed nothing today. Your choice.
Silly phillieshalf the fun of the game tbh.
The ability to read and determine what's implicit in the message is the key to understanding. I don't want this to get lost on you. Also, if you take a gander at the rules, there is no restriction implied. Comprehension is not just a place in China.True true, but I was commenting on the fact that they're just posting a wall of rambling text for just about each post.
Goddammit MJ, you're the ****ing Tasmanian Devil, that was harder than it should have been.
So, sorry to waste a lynch, guys. It was a price worth paying, imo, considering the odds of catching a wolf on first lynch are usually pretty low (and we still got a full cycle's worth of information). Won't publicly go into the details, but by lynching me first today we earned a pretty nice bonus that will pay off later in the game. Sooooo cheers to a blood pressure roller coaster for the past 30 minutes, jesus.
(Thanks for all the "I don't want to vote for Kam"s though, guys, any other day....)
yeeeup I sure do expect people who signed up for the game to participate, which includes but is not limited to, actually justifying their lynch votes. 😉It is the first damn day and I am willing to believe that MJ wouldn't use a dead relative to avoid a lynch. I didn't even notice the AM lynch.Goddammit MJ, you're the ****ing Tasmanian Devil, that was harder than it should have been.

Of course she's reaching for the first semi-sketchy thing she can. That's what you do d1. Just like you hypothesize on what we're dealing with... I don't agree with the conclusions, lol, but understand the idea.
I'm actually down with the vote to lynch MJ.
He keeps skimming by quietly in games and it's annoying af when he's scum; lets get pressure on him and do some level of sketch-determination early.
All those damn noobs. All of them.
It is absolutely classic for MJ to pitch a fit - often drawing in irl ****, (sorry dude) - like this when he's scum. Like, I could probably go back and find at least five examples. Every time he throws a ridiculously melodramatic temper tantrum, demands early closes, etc yada etc yada. He is claiming a role that is very much not slam bang village, and he's going to be a thorn in the side to interpret the whole game just like he always is.
But because she has ghosted when tied and I'm really not fond of that even after calling her out, let's do an unlynch MJ, lynch Kam.

So your justifications were that all the lynches were lame?Oh and the Kam lynch is also lame because she's a good player who gets a wolf or two basically every time she plays (as long as she isn't scum) AND it's the first time I've been able to drag her back in like, six months.
Let's just redo this day so far, k? lol.

My bad.Calling out @cdoconn for not unlynching before switching her vote 😛
You gonna skip the whole section where I was the only one actually trying to push on MJ and see if his ability/role seering (something regularly a wolf role) had been used in a village manner? Here were your lynch votes
Here is some supporting evidence you gave
So your justifications were that all the lynches were lame?![]()

Last, like, five? ten? games I've played with him he has done basically nothing but submit lynch votes until you get on his ass. Basically impossible to analyze. He pitched a fit in one of my games that required 5 posts/cycle because that was toooo much. Definitely a really fun player when he has the time for it but I can't say I'd call him really useful as a villager recently.
Who did you seer n1?
what an annoying situation.
role and ability seering; honestly I'd say a more scummy leaning type of seer than village leaning. And KC is a very good wolf, so if that is taken into account at all in role distribution, it fits.
And/but it's an STL game. I frankly just discount affiliation seering in his games after watching people get absolutely screwed over by the amount of false seering that's usually inherent. So I don't really care if someone seers MJ as village. What will determine affiliation are his actions (previous, future) and whether the ****er dies soon enough. ha.
Did he justify why you? Had you opened a PM with him prior?
Reasonably village behavior to seer PM partner, although I think the choice of you vs. SOV is a little odd.
All those damn noobs. All of them.

Yo @Kam325 the radio silence needs to stop about now.

Text not green enough.>implying I'd lie about dying children
>implying I wouldn't lie about my role while telling the truth about my life, saving my ass and getting some wolf info along the way
I was telling the truth about my life, but lying about my role to keep myself alive, because it's always 4D chess with MJ.
Now the votes mean nothing for mayor OR for lynch. jfc
Is there an ETA on this? Just wondering if I should go to bed or hang around for a bit... 🙂nIgHT cloooosed results...pending::!?!
