Here's what I don't like about this situation: wolves have known all day that Jil was going to be the top candidate and also obviously knew that she wouldn't go down. That means they got a full day to coordinate with each other, which is especially bad since we are approaching conversion time if there is one in this game.

I want the people who were on this as a contingency lynch looked into, if that is possible to do.

Also never a bad idea to look into dubz when **** starts to hit the fan like this.

Whatever, definitely not the case. I still want to know where Mel claimed to be attacked night 2... do you recall seeing that?

Kind of odd that you'd jump to me anyway when there's likely another wolf besides Jil that was alive prior to my revival.

My revival was simply the mods doing. No in game mechanic. Believe it or don't, don't care, that's the truth.

He didn't claim to be attacked, iirc -- he said he thought there were two attacks. It was back towards the page 6-9 range, I think? Maybe?

Eh the number of originals could have been 3. Particularly if they got a revive and a convert option or something.

I just want some discussion tomorrow spread out between at least a couple of people.

I mean, they're kind of entertaining, but at the same time, so annoying.

I don't think it was a thought, it was a pretty solid "there were two attacks". My conjecture was that he knew because he had been attacked and survived, which I believe he hinted at further when he was talking about being attacked last night. I still think that latter one may have been a slip up.

Except what's the theory on Jil dodging lynches. You really think she just has x number lynch avoidances? Or more likely we have to lynch the other wolves? Because then there was another wolf present when Jil was lynched previously. Right? **** I really haven't kept up but she was tied at the prior lynch, I think.

I mean, discuss more people, but I'm telling you something is fishy with CheezyD and it ain't the cheese.

And I'm a non game mechanic revival. I asked to be allowed back.

Oh I think we probably have to lynch other wolf/ves first. But the tie yesterday was between another wolf and her.

If there were 3 to start with, I don't know that the mods would have necessarily planned for that scenario, and because it would be game-ending to have them both die in the tie, they might have let jil live and revive/convert.

smh y'all asked for a wolf on a silver platter and I bring Jil to the forefront of conversation, drive her lynch, and I still get called sketchy haha

It was an honest mistake, I misinterpreted something because I was juggling multiple things. This is really all I have to defend at this point. If pressed I'll share what exactly happened but it involves sharing A LOT of details that wolves probably don't know, so I would very much so like to avoid that.

There were not 3 kill attempts N2, there were two. DVMD was one of them. Genny was not the other one. DVMD is quite likely your convert and is straight up lying to you that she was told Genny was killed. DVMD may have been told that she successfully protected Genny in the context of yes Genny successfully received the protection, but Genny did not need it that night. This plus the fact that DVMD is trying to capitalize on my misinterpretation lets me know that she is your convert. Don't let the Jil back and forth fool you, DVMD has absolutely no qualms bussing/arguing with a fellow wolf on thread as a blatant attempt at village cred.

If not DVMD, Genny could be the convert (I don't think this is AS likely as DVMD) my theory from day one was that it was her ability that was letting her track people (hence why I brought up items, to preemptively give her a cover story) but now I'm wondering if it WAS an item d1 and then she got converted somewhere along the way because we all pretty much cleared her, and thats how she knows Jil interacted with me last night (through wolfchat) and is bussing Jil to get end-game village cred.

These are theories I've shared with one other person during in the day, so no its not a reactionary/retaliatory theory made up on the spot.

Working on some stuff to try and hone in on who would be another original wolf if there is one, but I need another round of night results before I'm anywhere significant on that front.
 
Oh man, what a night. Here's a brief recap for those who didn't hear (or witness!) the cave-in.

@genny - Dinosaur Hunter from Jurassic Park and our resident item maker (villager!) who seemed to unintentionally be hoarding all of her items (thanks RNG :annoyed:) was busy setting up an epic booby trap involving nerve gas. In the cave where she was spending most of her nights, she was tinkering with one of the mechanisms on the trap (she could've sworn it had worked earlier.....could she have been wrong or had it been tampered with?). She'd already asked Jilary to stop by to chat. Armed with a pistol and a grappling hook, she feels relatively safe to have her back turned for a few seconds.

Footsteps catch her attention. She looks up to see an irate @Jilary - Dr. Ivo “Eggman” Robotnik (WOLF) standing MUCH too close. "What do you take me for? An idiot? Think I'd just walk in here and you'd ambush me? I'm going to eliminate you from the game permanently!!!"

Jilary fires a laser beam at genny at the same moment that genny throws her grappling hook to the ceiling, pulling down some loose stalactites. Unfortunately, this triggers a cave-in.

When some of the players rush to investigate, they find no survivors. 🙁

Mourn the loss of the brave hunter who defeated a boss (with unfortunate results....)

Ummmmm excuse me? Solid read on the data? Genny outed Britz, and Jil slipped up under pressure and got outed. How do we know you were suspecting them and are actually wolfhunting and not just placing the obvious vote to look village? I want reads MJ.

I just agreed with everyone else's assessment of the data. If I disagree I speak up, or of I have something new to add I speak up. I'm a vanilla villager that can speak to literally no one and has had nothing happen to me on any night, so naturally I have very little to contribute.

Alright fine, your reads are the same as everyone else. Here’s a more specific question for you to answer. Who do you feel would be converted if that’s what we’re lookin for vs another original wolf?

I have some reason to believe Mel was a villager up through last night at least. It's not solid info, but it's enough that I think he's probably telling the truth at this point in time.

Still sticking on one of our resident zombies for the time being, I think.
 
In case it helps people make some decisions about me...I had been talking to genny, knew she was tinkerer, and also knew she was trying to get attacked (so figured she was building a booby trap). I thiink that all of that -- including the booby trap item hypothesis -- can be corroborated by other people.

Building village cred as a convert is one thing; knowingly sending a probably-unlynchable alpha to get sneak attacked by a night kill target is not something I would do at this stage in the game with this many wolves down and this many juicy targets still available. But that's WIFOM-y, eh @Jilary 😉
