I did that. Survive alive. 1 wolf. 1 conversion. Jojo was the conversion.
The lone wolf had a laundry list of abilities, 1 of which was conversion. Each ability could only be used once.

I don't really have any backstory for why I am against texting and driving. Haven't been in an accident due to that nor has anyone I know. I have been in cars with people that text and drive and it scares the ****e out of me. It is also becoming worse than drinking and driving for causing accidents. Anyway, you are right I could produce PSA's for not texting and driving, it would definitely fit me well. 🙂

I've got an even more evil way to run it than that. Have the wolf convert a player of their choice only when they die. There'd never be more than a single wolf in the game at a given time. It would be absolutely awful.

That was essentially how I thought my game would go... as the wolf could cancel a lynch.. I figured they cancel the lynch when they are up, then convert a wolf overnight then get lynched so only 1 cycle of 2 wolves...

Of course, how I thought the game would go was not how it went. The lone wolf converted on night 1. He didn't want to play alone. 🤣
The one thing you learn as a mod, is players never do what you think they will.

well now you have pretty much guaranteed they won't do that. NEVER speculate on other people's game's mechanics before they come out/designed. I did that to poor Jojo.. Won't ever do it again.

fwiw, one man wolf games are hard to design.
You have to balance having it hard for villagers to find with the game ending quickly. If you have autoconverts, you essentially make all investigations meaningless after every death which is very frustrating as a villager. You always have to balance your enjoyment of torturing the players with making it fun. Everyone knows which side I fall on that spectrum!

co-modding is an interesting job-description. It runs from equal partner to only occasionally show up to mock the players.
