I guess I’m trying to get a sense of how many scum I think there are (Shawn demons). CGs read list felt very scum heavy but doing the math I think we DO have quite a bit of scum left.

Migraine brain math is historically unreliable though.

while fake role reveals are always a possibility, the inability to role reveal is actually a very difficult twist in the game. It forces us to rely on other things, which is fun but also requires us to be more creative.

No. But those are the only humans we know about in the first seaso.

But some think that working together is wolf-coded or allows wolves to hide more easily.

I just feel like we're very quickly coming to a point where we have to decide to try to win through Points or by hunting BBEG, and trying to convince people to change their stance is going to border on impossible.

I was actually driving most of the morning, then I had lunch with my division chief, and now I'm skipping the meet and greet to prep my slides and be here.

I'm gonna fall off the face of the earth again in a second. Legacy will still get done at some point today, it just may be abbreviated compared to the tomes I wrote previously. I will not have time to do a detailed interaction check on Clem but hopefully someone can do that eventually

Bad place demons who followed Michael and wanted to ensure a fair afterlife where those being tortured were the ones who deserved it
Bad place demons like Shawn who didn't give a shirt about the rules and just wanted to fork up the afterlife
The humans
+/- The good place folks who can never get anything done

I think the Shawn follower bad place demons' win con is to kill the humans
I think the Michael follower bad place demons' have a separate win con that has nothing to do with the humans
I think the humans need to stay alive
I have no idea what the good place folks win con would be. Accomplish a single thought before the end of the game?

I think there’s 4 factions in the game. I think it breaks down to
Good place demons faction village
Bad place demons faction 1
Humans faction 2
And medium place. This one I think matters the least to the overall game. We’ll ignore that one.

I think the good place demons way to win is to have enough people reach their wincon. I think that’s it. I think some may have win cons related to keeping humans alive and some may have some related to helping the bad place demons.
And they’re caught in the crossfire between humans and bad place demons.
Bad place demons need to eliminate humans.
Humans have to stay hidden and not be eliminated or stop the bad place demons.

No. Others show up as new test subjects but I think that’s likely more than we have here

while fake role reveals are always a possibility, the inability to role reveal is actually a very difficult twist in the game. It forces us to rely on other things, which is fun but also requires us to be more creative.

Well I suggest you at least stop going along with forming the whole conception of the game around interactions with Clem!

Unpairing interaction = that player is not paired with Clem? Great
Unpairing interaction = that player is village? No. Stop that.

And like if people want to try to sus out whether Clem has teammates we need to be worried about that's fine, I'm not sure his behavior supports that but it's a reasonable avenue to hunt down.

But no village bloccs should be formed based on who pushed Clem. It's simply not going to be that easy.

I think samac and rae covered it pretty well! My thoughts are probably closer to samac's, and I think it's likely that humans have some specific anti-bad place demon wincon rather than it just being survival, but either is possible.
