Yeah, just meant one more as a maximum versus a neutral/chaos player instead.
 
It's a channeling mechanism -- the link to the dead was opened after Mufasa's death. I'm the one that's holding it open.

So basically, if you kill me, the messages from the dead stop. And considering that they delivered us a wolf, I'd rather keep them around.

But it was adult Simba who was able to contact Mufasa in the movie.

In Telenova, the person who contacted the dead got results in the form of a PM. It wasn't public.

:shrug: in the movie, pretty sure that adult Simba didn't have a tie breaking ability 😉 There's creative license. Based on my role pm, it sounds like my role idea was derived from the "look at the stars, Simba" conversation, which happens when he's a kid.

They can't modify a mechanism between games?
 
The way that the medium role showed up in the last game also got the role holder into trouble iirc, because people thought it was fishy. Easy to manipulate something coming from PMs. I'm literally just like a door stopper -- I keep the link open, but have no control over the messages themselves.

FWIW, I'm with you on the not ability revealing, but I am admittedly a little curious what your role is at this point, since we're probably officially at end game and you're the only one we still no nothing about (and no one has known anything about, correct?).

So, you were expecting to die, but somehow you didn't? Has that ever happened before with a mechanic like you're describing? This just seems so weird to me that a night cancel would get rid of a scheduled death.

That was like the 3rd time she had avoided voting for Lyra.

Considering Lyra was the source of the double kills, I can see why wolves wouldn't want to lose her.

So you're saying you don't think SAR contributed at all to the info about lyra? Or are you just trying to downplay it now because you're upset that she's outing you?
 
Also, people seem to be forgetting that if there is only one wolf left, then it's highly unlikely I am that last wolf because of tracking results.

That was on the night with 2 attacks. Probably doesn't totally clear me, but makes it extremely unlikely based on what we now know about how that probably went down. We can assume that Lyra attacked Trilt, because the wolves would know her kill would only work on lions. That means that the other kill was likely done by one of the other 2 wolves -- either Trilt, or the unknown. Trilt had just been contingency lynched by a bunch of people, so my guess is that the wolves wanted to try to clear her by having her be "attacked". And if their goal was to clear her, then she almost definitely wouldn't have been doing the other kill in case she was either tracked or blocked, because it would completely undermine the point of doing the fake attack on her in the first place. And, considering they would have had to give up their extra kill to do it, would probably want to make sure it succeeded. So, likely not either of them.

I was tracked by a confirmed village tracker and was not doing anything except snacking on my grub. So assuming there is one wolf left, and Lyra didn't do the kill, Trilt didn't do the kill, and I didn't do the kill, then there is someone else who did do the kill, and I am not a wolf.

The fact that no one else is talking today should be a really big red flag that the remaining wolf is trying to shut down conversation because a villager is getting lynched. Please don't let that happen.

I thought it was stupid too and the mods didn't even tell me about it until I mentioned on thread that I was going to die. Let it go, you're barking up the wrong tree.

I think SAR and KC did likely contribute to the info about lyra. I'm also saying that I don't think SAR contributed to the "info" about me. She's not outing me because I'm not a wolf. Look at the original message to me in the write up about lyra:

Notice how they call me VMH? You, on the other hand, regularly refer to me as meathead. The write ups that try to implicate me all refer to me based on that nickname but SAR has never referred to me by that, ever.

Besides, I find it likely that SAR would have hidden some other message in the notes so I knew it was her. KC put in mentions of the DRoP game, SAR referenced our roles together. In another message from SAR I feel that she likely would have referenced something else from our PM, like the very first picture I sent her or our actual PM title or something. The messages that you're so hyperfocused on are a clearly poorly written facsimile of what someone (I am guessing you) thinks is a convincing imitation of the dead players.

I am an easy lynch target for lazy players at this stage in the game, and I bet you know that and have been trying to unsuccessfully take advantage of it for days now. Stop trying to manufacture all of this shade to throw at me because it clearly isn't working.

Okay, also we're essentially in end game right now and it makes 0 sense that you see no need to out your role, especially since you are the only player who is currently an unknown. We know nothing about you and you need to cough something up to convince me you're village or I'm going to start lynching you

Seriously! I'm on clinics and my noon case turned into a consult and is still not done. Not to mention I have a 3pm case and paperwork. Just because I'm not on now doesn't mean I won't be on later. I will respond when I can

You eating grubs doesn't clear you any more than it cleared Snowy talking to vmh or the night being cancelled for Trilt. I'd preferred to see a message similar to mine and Jil's.

I agree with this. Tracking isn't always helpful unless you're tracking the right person at the right time. Especially knowing that our item maker was a wolf, the wolves themselves would have no reason to be suspicious of using items in this game, so I'm not finding it particularly clearing that she chose to use a mystery use item in the first place anyway

I think I have maybe only called you meathead ONCE, and it was in the lynch tally I did earlier today, when I decided I'd switch it up for funsies like ski does with calling me pipsqueak. You know from snapchat that I usually call you vmh, so I don't know what you're going on about with this, because it's just straight up wrong.

I've almost always ended up giving information to wolves by role revealing. If you're really need to know though

If there was anything at all to the wording of those night results, all it would imply is that you weren't doing anything the night you were tracked, while snowy and I were doing something (snowy protecting, me using item). Or are you saying that Snowy -- a confirmed village protector -- is sketchy because tracking her returned different results than yours and Jil's?

Me eating grubs does not clear me, I agree. But me NOT KILLING ANYONE on that particular night pretty much does. Read what I posted, and tell me how it makes sense that I would be a wolf in that context.
