Is AADSAS status for LECOM supposed to say "Under Review"? Mine says "None" and my LECOM portal has not been updated yet since I submitted supplemental application end of September.

Your status on AADSAS will change to 'Received/Under Review' once you email LECOM and ask them to push your application through. In fact, it'll most likely change the same day you send the email.
 
Yes, I did this today. Very annoying! I didn’t think I had to email them for my application to get pushed forward.

I emailed them to get it pushed forward on 10/9, they completed it on 10/10, just got an interview invite today 10/29. Contact Mrs. Phillips to check on your status, that is what I did to make sure everything was sorted out. They get an insane amount of applicants.

only 2 pre-december dates left: Nov 15th and Nov 29th. I have to look into the nitty gritty of what the day entails, but the scheduled hours should be the same as the other interviews, which is 8 am to tooth-thirty pm 😛
 
Okay so I'm one of the ones who had trouble with my supplemental application and didn't receive a confirmation email or an app complete email until months after I had submitted. I emailed the school asking for my status and explaining the issue on this past Saturday, and just got an interview invite today. Although looking back on it, I did my DAT retake in late August, so maybe they put my app on hold until those scores were in? Not sure but super excited right now!

Did you receive an email back when you asked about your status and explained the issue? I never received a reply when I emailed about processing my application. My status just changed. I’m contemplating whether or not I should call them asking about my status.

I did not receive a reply, only the invite today. My app was 'under review' on AADSAS before I even emailed though, I just wanted to confirm since I had issues with my LECOM portal status.
 
So on the ADEA application portal it says, "Waiting for additional information" then on the LECOM portal it says, "The Admissions Committee requests a transcript with final grades from all courses." I haven't interviewed yet, what does this mean because I want to interview before the spots are filled up but I can't wait until the school year is over to give them all my final grades?

DAT: Bio-22, GC-18, OC-26, RC-25, PAT-22 and out of state if that helps.
 
Sooo I'm having the same issue as everyone. Supplemental was completed in August but status on portal has been "your application will begin review" or something and did not change for months. E-mailed yesterday to ask about this, checked just now and now it says requests transcripts. No reply to my e-mail. AADSAS changed from "None" to "Awaiting additional information." Don't know what to do now or what transcripts they want because they have the most current ones.
 
I emailed regarding ADEA and Portal status problem to Miss. Shively on last Saturday and to [email protected] on this Monday. No reply to my email. Today, ADEA changed to received and under review and portal says "Your application has been processed and will be sent to the Admissions Committee for further review. You will be notified as soon as a decision has been made."
Guys, I highly recommend sending emails to them if you have the same issue as me.

Does yours say ‘You will be notified...’ or ‘YOUR will be notified...’?

Hello everyone! So I received an invite on the 29th which was 4 days ago and have confirmed my interview date. It says that they would email me within 3 business days to confirm this and I have not received it yet. "1. You will receive an email confirming that we received your confirmation within 3 business days please do not call the office." Did everyone else who got an invite get this confirmation email? Hopefully it isn't too big of a deal

Btw, stats are here
oGPA: 3.90 DAT: 19 AA OOS

Did you email them? Because I didn't get the confirmation either and it's been a week for me. It specifically says not to call, so I'm going to email them I think.
 
Please don't get scared from what I'm about to say I just want to share my experience on here. LECOM processed my supplemental back in August and I was under the impression it was already in the committee's hands. But I decided to email them last week for a status on my application since so many people on here saying it was just now sent to the Admission's Committee. I have yet to hear back from the email I had sent but I noticed my application had been sent to admissions and yesterday it went to "a decision has been made on your application". Checked my AADSAS and it said "Application Denied". But I haven't heard any formal rejection from LECOM about being denied. I actually really liked LECOM from my experiences at their Pre-Dental Day so that's a bummer as I am a FL resident. Not sure what to do at this point but I'm guessing I can't change their mind so I'm not going to email them.

May I ask what your stats were? They got back to you quick. They moved my application forward after I emailed them on October 22nd but they still haven't made a decision yet.
 
AADSAS mail-out date: 7/29/18 (verified 7/31/18)
Application complete date: 8/1/18
GPA (science, overall): 3.1, 3.32 (Master’s 3.43, 3.70)
DAT (AA/TS/PAT/Reading/any section below a 17): 20/21/23/20

I'd like to know your stats too. I emailed over a week ago and my status is still that it has been sent to the committee. The last contact I had from them was on 8-16 letting me know my application was on hold until they received my DAT scores. My scores were on AADSAS 9-28. What is their AA cutoff?

Actually, I think we're fine. Someone on the dental school interview bootcamp FB page said that as long as you see that it says "interview already scheduled" on their portal, you're good. I guess they don't email you to let you know that you've scheduled it

Hi, I didn't apply to LECOM but I have a friend waiting to hear back from here. She doesn't use SDN but her stats are
- GPA (overall, science): 3.2, 3.0
- DAT (AA, TS): 22, 23
What are her chances? She hasn't gotten any interviews so far this cycle but two rejections already.

When are we going to hear back from Lecom? December 1st or third
 
If you interview in November, will you hear back from them on the 3rd or does it all depend?
 
If anyone is interviewing on the 29th and flying in to Tampa, I was able to rent a car through my work on the cheap. I fly in around 530 am and I will be heading back after the interview. Message me if you want to split costs. I’d guess if there is just two of us that it would be about $25 or less to split both ways. Let me know, cheaper than Uber!
 
I went to my interview and I completely butchered the soap carving. The way I tried to carve it was completely wrong and my soap just broke apart lol. Anyone know just how much the soap carving is worth when being considered?

It's really not that important it's meant more as a fun ice breaker type of activity I know ppl that got accepted who completely butchered there's to lol mines was in two parts when I turned it in lmao
