Does anyone know if invites for January were sent out yet?
So are we gonna be classmates or what? What do you think of attending. 🙂
Touro is definitely one of my top choices.. but i'm still just waiting to hear back from one school I interviewed at.. i should hear back the second week of january. But, more than likely i will be attending Touro, and super excited about it 🙂 what about you?
I thought I'd be attending another school but after careful consideration and talking to my parents, I'll be moving to NYC and attending Touro. 🙂

And nobody received a rejection? I wonder what percentage they reject...
Does anyone know when the next round of interview invitations will go out?
when i called Touro last week, they said that the next round should be going out this week, for interviews starting on Jan 20- March
II invite today 3.5/3.4, 31 IS dates are 1/22,1/29, 2/3
I was complete on 12/24Nice! When were you complete?
Received the secondary just recently. Is this school worth the $200 fee, especially this later in the cycle? 3.65/3.6, 33 mcat

That has me a little worried. I was complete 12/15 and haven't heard a peep. My MCAT was a 28 so maybe that's why... 😱
Been complete since early November with a similar MCAT=/
One of my co-interviewees had the same MCAT as you. That's not a bad score and the MCAT is just one component of your application. There's one thing I've learned about this process it is very unpredictable and no one knows anything until it actually happens. So don't count yourself out yet. I don't know if it'll make a difference but I suggest sending them a letter of interest. I can't hurt you. It beats silently waiting.Yeah... I'm getting the vibe that they are really looking for 30+ this cycle.

Was accepted to Middletown campus, but will be turning it down. Just wanted to say there is hope for people with sub-30 MCAT's. I had a 28
Do you think that their gpa and mcat requirements will go up the next cycle?

Did you report any misdemeanors on your aacomas app? Mine got held up for a month and a half because of a misdemeanor. Apparently it can keep you from getting licensed in certain states.I submitted my AACOMAS application back in November; of the dozen or so schools I applied to, all except Liberty and TouroCOM-NY have either sent me a secondary or have outright rejected me. Is Touro unusually busy processing applications, or have they silently rejected me?

Nope, unless I somehow forgot to answer that question.
I just withdrew my acceptance. Good luck guys!
Thank you. I got accepted to the Harlem campus. I was recently accepted at CCOM and I'm waiting to hear back from 3 MD schools I did interviews at, so I know I won't be attending. I liked the school but I liked CCOM even better.Congrats on your acceptance. Which campus did you get accepted to? What made you reject?

Mostly it's because of the vibe I got from CCOM: the staff seemed really invested in their students success. Besides that I liked the facilities better and CCOM has an amazing reputation and match list. What did you feel about CCOM that made it stand out more?
