UVM: in-state tuition after first year?

Does anyone know if UVM offers in-state tuition to its OOS after the first year?

my understanding is that once you are out of state, you are always out of state at UVM.

You could call and double check with Patrick--but I'm 99% sure.

Yes, this was the impression I got as well. At my interview day, Patrick said that once you apply as OOS, NOTHING will change your status, even marrying a Vermont resident. (Apparently this actually happened, and the student still had to pay OOS tuition. That seems pretty harsh to me.)
