Hey now, I made that joke in part because dairy and beef are the mainstays of Irish animal agriculture and in part because the Welsh are significantly more well known for their sheep farming. 😛

(Yes, I did just read a lot of government agricultural data about sheep and cattle farming for both of these countries to double check lol)
