So, wldlfstdnt was going to look into LIS, and wldlfstdnt died that night. (would not have been my first choice target if I was a wolf(unless they had investigated her previous), which makes me hmmm about the following question).

DocE, who else, besides you, knew that wld was going to look into LIS? All this could very well be innocent coincidence, but what if both LIS and the other person she told are wolves. Kill the 'seer'(was that what she was doing?), before she finds out the target is a wolf. (While I do trust you for now Doc, you aren't off my list as being the 'other' person she told.)

No, I suggested Trem was suspicious simply beacuse she tossed out a lynch vote right as I was about the leave the thread for a few hours and she knew I was leaving. I never thought her saying that "bad things will happen" was suspicious and I never voted to lynch her either just said that when someone happens to mention they will be gone for an extended period of time and then someone else throws a lynch for them, that does seem a bit suspicious.

This isn't just aimed at you hedgie, but the thread in general. When I said Trem also did, I was just pointing it out. I have no feeling one way or another about that aspect. Just pointing out that, indeed, someone else HAS reacted that way. Just like I pointed out that Nordi did in fact vote for PJ(though it was late). I just like to have all the right facts out there, so there is less confusion later.

No, I said Trem was suspicious because she threw a lynch vote out for me right after my stating that I will be gone for a few hours and therefore unable to defend myself. That is always suspicious to me when someone tries to lynch the person that can not or will not be around to defend themselves. I never put in a lynch vote for her though, IIRC.

This is a good point. I wonder who all in your group Doc knew that wldlf was investigating LIS. If LIS were a wolf and someone that wldlf told was also a wolf it would have been perfect timing to kill her... Not saying that this is what happened but it is a possibility.

In the stackhouse farm there's only one other member--nordicat. Unless you're talking about one of these circles of people behind the scenes.

Either Nordicat, or Doc could be the 'other' person, or she was part of a circle and maybe confided in them. Maybe Doc knows if she was in a circle or not.
 
Or it's all coincidence. But I thought I'd get it out there for something to mull on, in case it's useful later.

If wldlf told a wolf (or they found out through other means) she was a seer - that's reason enough to kill her. Who she's investigating is pretty much irrelevant, because if it's a wolf then the wolves obviously don't want that, but if it's a villager, they also don't want that because someone else gets cleared. Any investigation by villagers generally isn't good for wolves.

So either way, wolves want seers dead immediately.

I don't think her dying the night she supposedly was going to investigate me either damns me OR clears me - I think it's completely irrelevant. Not coincidence so much as just irrelevant.

All I knew was that wldlfstdnt was possibly Bill. I didn't know what she could do 🙁 I suppose I should have figured it out since her & DocE sent me a PM saying "We know you're good" and then described my role, but they didn't know WHO I am and asked me to fill them in. If you're suspecting DocE, he's known about wldlfstdnt for several nights now as well. I don't think a wolf would have let a seer live that long.

I can agree with this.

Now, was there a wolf amongst those that wldlf confided in? That is what we need to figure out, or was it all just a coincidence?
 
I'm not willing to bring it out on the open forum, because publicly declaring my innocence to everyone would make me a fine target for a wolf kill because they could no longer divert suspicion towards me.

However,I will tel lit to Abney and WS in a minute, and y'all can decide what to do with the information.

I have intentionally left seers in the game as a wolf to gain trust of other villagers. As long as they trust me and I can ever so slightly direct their seering away from the wolves, I have no reason to get rid of them.

Not necessarily true. If I was a wolf, and a seer told me who they were investigating that night, and that person was a villager, I may just let them investigate away. Let them come back and say to me(and probably the other person in my group) that so and so is clean. Then kill them the following night, sometime in the future convert cleared person.

But that's me. Maybe others wouldn't do that. :shrug:
 
LIS, I'm not saying I suspect you are a wolf, though you are still on my list. I am mainly thinking that wldlf told a wolf she was investigating you. (but it could be you are BOTH wolves, it's a possibility)

Was it possible SOV was looking for Bill? And does anyone know why (or can someone vouch for him)? This just stood out to me since Bill just died and all...

(I'm trying to catch up with all the stuff I missed during school today, so forgive me if I throw something out there that seems totally irrelevant to whatever is currently being discussed!)
 
Still talking with WTF and Abney. I'm not sure what I think at the moment. We still have a little under 1.5 hours left, though.

Where is sheeps? I know that he had mentioned earlier that he would tell his role and that his role is not something ambiguous. Wish he was around to actually defend himself.

In all fairness to sheeps I didn't respond to that pm either because it was kind of sketchy. Doesn't mean I'm not suspicious of him though.
 
Did he go out drinking? It's 1 am there, he last posted at 7:30pm his time. I wish he would check in!

It is possible that he went out.. Our classes were cancelled for tomorrow. So there is a possibility that he could have gone out, don't know, don't really talk to him.

Not saying that I am not suspicious of him, but if he really does have a role that is not morally ambiguous it may be worth waiting to lynch him just to be sure that we are not potentially lynching a good villager.
