Hi I’m here!
I think victor/Victoria is me bc I love theatre? Didn’t know he knew me that well lol
Or maybe it’s bc I never shut up about being in a show. Im not in one rn but im prepping for auditions😀
Im gonna go through and respond to specific mentions

Can you explain this more? I’m not sure what normal sloth really sounds like
It’s more in the tone. I normally think sloth sounds a bit off, but I think this is off in the same way I’ve seen off before.
I'm just curious why you left them off your list of 4 people who you think need to be pressured when they hadn't posted that much...

...And then felt comfortable saying they sound normal?
My list wasn’t specifically people I felt were low posting, but people who I kept forgetting were here
Sloth has interjected enough for me to not forget their roster presence
oh also @vetschoolsletmeinplease could you please explain your cubs read some more? What in particular has stood out to you as village!cubs?
nothing in particular, it’s purely tonal from what I’ve seen the last couple of games I’ve played w Cubs

Then why not mention that or at least attempt some discussion? Right now it just reads like “let’s throw some gas on the flames and see where this vote for an easily misvoted player goes.”
It was you or DocE that has gone after shorty for exactly this in past games. Or both of you. Trying to remember if you did this when she won as lone wolf, and iirc weren't you wolf that game?

A bit strange. This seems pretty normal for them. And you've probably played as much with them this year as I have.
Actually, I’ve only played with both of them in the same game twice that I can think of - emojis and Bioshock. I guess England but I subbed out really early. It struck me as weird to vote Dina with that reasoning when in the last game they played together, they were a wolf team and I didn’t think there was reason for salt.

Feeling better about Barks today though.

Well, Cray has inconsistently done (sometimes not at all) that in recent games so I wouldn't base any read on that.

Delayed voting actually is a content-inhibitor in itself. That in addition to last minute first vote timing being ends up being more beneficial to wolves.

Can you tell me what has your eye on those four?
Well it isn't always specifically overnight, but I do always do a catch up when I've been missing. When haven't I?

Especially since DST SDN maintenance comes earlier and slows my roll. Like last night.

The previous game had no catch-up until after mid D2. I wasn't saying you never catch-up if given enough time; was just saying it may not come timely (i.e. before this cycle ends).

Wait, when? This game? Did I miss a deadline? Wth is going on
No, you didn't.

Mel posted that he expected it to be EOD and then wasn't (and then read the end of the first post, which mentions the extended D1). Midwife called him out for what was his first real vote being 17 minutes before deadline if Mel had been correct on when it was. I was just correcting that his first vote was before the one she was looking at.

Not sure if anyone actually answered this question. As far as I know, kind of but not really. I think the last game that cyndia played was England, which bread did play in, but he was semi-mod killed on D3. So she would know that he has been a lowposter before (if she remembered him, tbh I didn't remember that they played that game together and had to go look) but wouldn't necessarily know that he is "low-hanging fruit" and an easy misyeet.

I like this analysis. I might be biased because Dina is reading me correctly, but I agree with her thoughts, especially on AM. I'm not sure how I feel yet about barks, but zenge and shorty do feel okay right now, very slight village leans.
I like Dina's reads. But I'm worried that I like them in that way that a wolf's reads can be very likeable.

To get my vote out early and I am open to changing depending on how things develope I am going to

###vote please###

For now especially since I am feeling better about AM.

Wait, you feel hedgy about him, or you feel he's being hedgy? And why does this read like you're being hedgy about your read? Hedgy about hedginess.

I'm feeling hedgy about cubs. I've been going back and forth on him, but atm I feel slightly more village than not

Villagers can't white knight so I assume she means the former.
Can’t they? What about Emoji’s D2, where as a villager I fought hard to save bread, who was also a villager?

Or England Day…whatever, where as a villager I fought hard to save Viscernable who was also a villager?

I'm not sure where I want to go with my vote to be honest. Pleasey has done some things that have swung her slightly wolfy, her reads list felt a little off, her sloth read in particular

Would really like to hear more from cyndia. Bread vote seems too easy, I agree with zenge on what he said about that.

That's just having a correct read/being an excellent villager.

White knighting means you're village reading a villager to pocket them and decrease the chance they go after you.

This seems like a normal D1 for Bread and voting him out for this reasoning usually ends in a misyeet. Feels like an easy D1 misyeet bait, but idk if Cyndia is necessarily laying that trap for village, or just walking herself off a cliff with it.
I have a neutral read on Bread, with a particular note that nothing in his play stands out as wolfy, but it’s the kind of D1 joking that I’ve seen village!Bread get voted out D1 for before, Emoji’s for example. So I’m wary of easy pushes.
But would cyndia know that he's an easy push?
I’m not ready to wolf read Cyndia for the vote, but I think you could take bread out of the equation and any player could see the lack of substance and use it as a reason to place a vote there.

Zenge's last post above is on the money. I haven't played a ww game in at least 6 months or so, so I had no idea that he's an easy push.

My normal early day 1 vote is for someone I haven't played with before to push them into talking more and let me start forming a read, but I've actually played with everybody here before at least once. So I looked at who hadn't started voting yet, and bread stood out to me because he had clearly checked into the thread a couple times, and I wanted more from him.

I've always thought white knighting is a way a wolf buy some village cred after the sketchy/easy to misyeet villager they've been defending all game flips

I thought this too.

In any event, I'm not sure it's really a wolf!Zenge characteristic - didn't he have a relatively recent wolf game where he tried to go after cubs and TME? Both of them get sketch-read a lot and he tried to capitalize on that. I think it was in MHA, but I'll go check.

Yeah it was MHA, I remember. I've found that wolf!zenge usually goes for easy pushes rather than defending them

Yeah, here's some of his early reads in MHA. He went for super low hanging fruit.

Wolfy:
TelemarketingEnigma - There's something about TME's posts that make me go "This feels super village and helpful". And it's the exact same feeling I had about her posts in RvB where she turned out to be a wolf. There's something about them that just seem very reminiscent of that, and it's sketching me out.
The_Breadmann - April brought up a good point about the participation seeming “look at me I’m here and participating.” It’s hard to know if it’s Wolf!Bread looking busy or regular bread not being as legitimately engaged as we’d like.
cubsrule4e - There's nothing about Cub's play so far that's given me good feels about him being village. Dina's read is definitely influencing my own here, since last time Dina had bad feelings about Cubs being a wolf, I was spectacularly wrong for doubting her.

Not quite sure where I'll vote yet. I want to see a little more of the day play out and how I feel about the pushes people make.

vote pleasey

I think between process of elimination, feeling some weird feels from her reads list, and shorty's iso this is where I feel most comfortable going today

Or like the first 5 games we played together where everyone claimed we were buddying and you were defending me

I went back to look at the one time that please wolfed (Pirate Basics) because I remember that her tone as a wolf was quite different from when she's village. She tends to be very hedgy and unsure as a villager, and it reflects in her reads, whereas when she was wolfing, she was much more confident and direct with her reads. I pulled some quotes from early game in that, and also in HZD where she was village for comparison.

The reads list that she just posted, to me, fits much more with the tone and style that I associate with her wolfing.

Basics (wolfing):

HZD (village):

Compare those to the current game:

I agree the tonality sounds similar. With the caveat I haven't actually read those games so I don't know if it was selective choices on the quotes.

I didn't pull quotes from it because I wanted a more recent village game, but she was also village in Bioshock and very nearly misyeeted because of how hedgy her reads were.
