I was paraphrasing from a memory of something that was said days ago. I should not have used quotations.

M*********er damn piece of ****! I just reread all of Weim's posts and now I think she might be village. I'll switch to Pip then because the vote for dubz is out of context weird plus conversion feels. I'm really confused about rehab role tbh, what is it supposed to do?

That's a good ****in question

At the moment I think it keeps people from overdosing on their drugs? Which is why I used it on snowy. But I actually have no idea if it really does anything or if it's just flair.

Anyway I'm the ER doc (got a writeup cameo earlier), when people were dying at night I got little blurbs about their deaths...not really anything useful there but I can post those too. And then every 3 days I can refer someone to rehab.

I am also confused about rehab. Tbh it did occur to me that it was a conversion “offer” but that definitely didn’t happen and it seemed like my result was basically nothing. And WZ admitting they’re the rehab sender on thread kinda eliminates the thought that it’s anything wolfy. AND if wolves are the gang members obviously someone who would send you to rehab is probably not a gangsta.

I know we've talked about it multiple times. But for the moment it's a dead end - we haven't seen it again, we have no way of knowing who did it at all.
 
N1: AM rolled into the clinic last night with some serious machete wounds. Unfortunately, you weren't able to save her.

N2: Normally violent crime is normally pretty low in the Tri-State, but this week has been rough. Mixy was brought in from a drive by and didn't make it.

DHHS releases a report to the hospitals asking doctors to keep an eye out for signs of addiction in patients coming in for treatment.

When allie was lynched I got this: Alli showed up in the ER. Just let us know when you want to pull the plug.

I asked if I could save her but was told no, it was just for writeup flair, and I could add a blurb for the news report if I wanted.
 
I mean, if I need to spell it out, I kinda thought we were working together to try to figure stuff out, and then suddenly you have this super tinfoil theory that you won't explain, and it's kinda hard for me to continue thinking we're working together when you think I'm the best lynch option lol

There's been more info on the thread in the last 5 minutes than there has been in a while. And again, it's a single vote from someone who is probably going to get lynched today. So...I'm still not sure why you're reacting like this

My tinfoil hat is that you can also remove someone from the game and silence them.

It's the "chemical restraint" part....it weirds me out because that sounds like a doctor gone wrong. And you specifically told me in PM that you were not going to target LIS because you were worried your role would result in silencing... which I am wondering if it actually did.

So yeah, basically I am wondering if you can act on 2 people in one night -- one goes to treatment and the other goes into some like shady, back room operation. And that's why you can only act every 3 days - it kind of nerfs it.

But if it's not you, then I am wondering if there is like a wolf version of your role, and that's who we might be looking for.

Either way...why is getting votes spread out a bit bad? It's fostering conversation, and if you're village, we could have seen who jumped on your vote (although that is probably not going to work as well now, so gj with the freakout). And frankly, I was also a little bit bored 😛
 
I mean we are in a rehab game so I don’t think that’s what the chemical restraint was referring to, but it’s possible I guess.

Fostering conversation from someone who already talks to much. I'm pretty sure I didn't tell you much of anything that you didn't already know or couldn't have figured out based on our PM and things I said on the thread.

Sorry to have ruined your plans. Who knows, maybe people will be all "Omg, dubz is so defensive, very wolfy, time to lynch"

Well it's not me. I already have pointed out the chemical restraint was likely either a wolf role or a wolf using an item.

And at this point, I'm not sure it's about what I know? Its useful at this point to share information with everyone else, and as I said before it's very low risk considering there is like, no one dying.

I just shared pretty much everything I have on you. I think your posts have been leaning village, except for a couple, like the "well that gave me the tingles" comment after genny got lynched...which you then walked back.

I thought it was a little weird you chose Weim over LIS for the rehab option.

I thought it was weird you brought up silencing as a possible effect of your role after LIS was silenced.

I thought it was a little strange we both had those weird dreams, but mine was happy-sounding and yours was bad-sounding.

Your role checks out with how you described it to me in PM and with the results that Weim got.

It makes sense that Snowy would not have been able to accept your rehab offer.

I think the lynch write up yesterday is supposed to be "you" talking, and that sounds village flavored.

Your role PM title that you gave in PM matched mine in terms of some pretty specific details, and so even though that's weak because you could get that from mods, I also felt at the time (and now) that it is another villager tick mark for you.

So basically I'm just throwing out some ideas and am at the point where I am ok with moving in a less conventional direction. Probably will not stay on this vote, but if you keep losing your **** over a single vote then I might honestly change my mind.
 
anyone have updates of items/phone calls. I haven't been keeping track of them, but might be useful for me right now

Not like I was resisting sharing. I had all but said everything already and was already thinking about just spilling the rest of the beans because I don't think I'm actually doing anything useful anyway.

I never walked back that comment. I agreed that it almost struck me as a manufactured argument, but that I didn't want to go down that road.

When I first got my role I thought that it might lead to the player actually going somewhere, and being missing from the game (is that irony?) while they were in rehab. I didn't want to do that to LIS. Yup it's weird he ended up silenced and then post restricted. But it had nothing to do with me.

You can honestly do what you like 😉
 
Part of the reason I wanted to nip this in the bud is the vote numbers are so low right now, and I probably won't be around for much longer tonight. It could easily swing towards me. Very easily.

If the one person who knows all my role stuff (until I posted it here) is the one voting for me I'm not very confident in correct choices being made while I'm not here lol

Yeah ok that's fair, I had no way of knowing that.

Just am also kind of assuming I will get lynched today (and honestly, am not mad about it because I am not a bad choice at this point), but wanted to get all my info out on the thread before I go down.

And I had shared my tinfoil hat theory on LIS (that he is an original or was actually converted when he said "NOT CONVERTED" in his post restriction -- partly is based off of genny knowing I was the jailer, and I know he tracked me jailing her), but I also don't think he'd bus 2 wolves that early in a game this small. And I think he probably would have killed me if he knew I was a jailer, because I can't see him playing such a high risk wolf game that he would bus 2 packmates and then leave PRs hanging out. Just don't see it.

Will write up some thoughts on other people in a bit
 
Other Things that I Think are Strange:

- Somehow, genny knew I was the jailer. That is weird to me, and points me to the 2 people who tracked me: Weim and LIS. However, there could also be another drug that we just didn't hear anything about because it was wolfy.

- I got night results from when Weim tracked me; I did not get any when LIS presumably used the same drug to track me the next night

- the LSD is the only drug that has appeared twice

- LIS started the phone call with me on D1 with a phone that I don't thiiiink has appeared again? May be wrong on that

- Weim, Coop, and Nyanko all "forgetting" to use their PM options

- Weim jumping immediately to thinking I blocked allie

- Snowy thinking rehab was a bad idea

- just an observation, but all drugs starting with Cray's weed have appeared to have minor-to-no side effects and no beneficial side (only the mushrooms and LSD appear to have actually done anything useful iirc)

- No night kills starting after we lynched genny; write up the morning after that was also strange, if I'm remembering right

- Still can't explain no kills on night that LIS was gone from the thread, or the weird dreams that dubz & I had


....I feel like I'm missing stuff but oh well

well all of this makes me want to lynch LIS

and I didn't "forget" to PM cray I chose not to (and would have used it if I had chosen someone else and/or had not then gotten onto the thread to see cray had talked to no one for a full page overnight)

Irrelevant. I still find it odd that you would choose to forego the chance to PM. You were lucky enough to have the phones twice -- that was a wasted opportunity imo.
 
Hmm. I don't typically think of LIS as one to go for emotional manipulation, and he's been throwing a bit of that my way.

But I guess if he is a wolf this time I'll know to lynch him first for a few games 😛

Apparently she did actually agree to go to rehab, but you jailed her before she could go.

I have to run but she used one of the phones to open a PM with me, if she hasn't posted her night results by the time I check in again I'll post what she sent me.
 
Btw, no one should be 100% ruling out nyanko based on weak maybe-kinda affiliation seering. Her woe-is-me comments when I started to lynch her sounded just a tiny bit off (snarky comments...no, the "im an easy lynch target"....yes). I also still feel like she maybe slipped up with that D1 timeline. Which may 100% be her acting spacey, but maybe not.

I'm leaning village on her right now because she's been consistent since then, and I have felt like her votes have made sense. But am just pointing it out that she might be worth investigating if anyone magically gets a way to do that.

Edit to add: As I was typing it, I remembered that genny was kind of pushing a ny lynch and voted for her D1. Makes me lean more village on ny. So basically, disregard. Lol

I honestly don’t have anyone that sticks out to me far above the rest as “must Lynch” and if we’re going to accidentally kill a villager I’d rather it be someone who participates very little. So there.
