The ROLE, samac. Not the ability. You should know better than anyone that flair can be used to help narrow down ROLES. Nobody cares about the ability for something like post restriction.
Let me put it this way: if the wolves don't have a strongarm, and they still attempted that kill, then either they reeeaaally must not have been paying attention or they really like risky moves & failed kills.
In my game we killed shorty as a risky move when we knew there was a protection mechanism in play because she had a PR.

April has been throwing village reads out like crazy... like one of the hardest things for me as a wolf was fabricating sus, because obviously I knew everyone was a villager/had villager intentions, hence why my isos always ended in village reads... April has been really quick to chalk things up as NAI or say yep thats village meta.
You of all people should know flips don't always include all caveats about ability usages.
The qualifier here feels like.subconscious hedging
Your restriction doesn't seem that limiting to your ability to communicate, although annoying.
But this would also be true if you are a wolf. I don't know how you can expect everyone to just tell you things. Drives me nuts. Quit yer fishin
Wolves don't just PR hunt directly like, oh hey Frankie is post restrictor, let's kill him! There's a process of elimination as well. Knowing who doesn't have a PR or a useful PR is also extremely helpful to narrowing down the list of suspects who do.
I'm also sort of over you sussing people because they don't want to feed you or wolves information based on sound logic.
So knowing what character the role may be would give me no indication of who that person is. I’m not asking for the real slim shady to please stand up, I’m just trying to figure out what the wolves already know - is it a wolf or is it a villager?

She started the day with jokingly going for AM as she loves to do as a woof but then got serious quickly. Cause she’s wolfing.
She also loves to do that as a villager though. Or as 3p. As I said yesterday.
I’m village side of neutral on Zenge. I haven’t seen any of the 4D chess logic stretches that he does when he’s wolfy yet, and tonally, he feels village to me. But I’d like to see more from him today - he’s a tough read on D1, and I didn’t feel like I got enough to move him out of neutrals yesterday.
