Using her magnetic force she willed all of the sharpest metal objects in the area should could gather and aimed them with as much force as possible straight into her body. Jamr0ck's last words were "I am Magneto, the rogue mutant seer".


If everyone is able to get their PMs in in the next 2 hours we can do another short night and then another day lynch!

I agree, she is a major character. I think there are two original wolves left, Emma Frost and mystique. Also from the write-up this morning it seems like the person who killed FTB (emma frost) was injured and may be silenced. That leaves krist, DVMD, and ksmi as the only people not to post/vote today. In my opinion DVM is off the hook since she is on vacation and I believe she is a villager. That leaves krist and ksmi.

Wow a lot happened today already! I thought I'd make it back in plenty of time for the deadline...just rode 20 of the scariest, slowest miles on my bike...never going mountain biking again way too scary! Although I didn't fall. 👍

I was not silenced, just gone. As previously started I am Darwin, and I couldn't change my vote for IPB because I was on my phone during a crazy time at work (where I'm not supposed to be on my phone) so it was insane trying to duck into empty rooms and try to keep up with the waffling and the count to save myself. I got lucky, I admit but I was only able to spit out a few quick posts and check when I could. Of course after the deadline work slowed way down, but that's always how it goes 🙄

Just an FYI - DVMDream has asked to be excused from the game due to time constraints with her family vacation. I have someone who will most likely be taking over her role, but who has to catch up on the thread, so could take a bit for them to be up to speed. But in case you were wondering where DVM was.
 
Magneto was dead!!!! The killing was sure to stop with the leader of the rogue mutants dead. But as night fell there still was a bone chilling feeling in the air… were the mutants safe?!

Samoa was on the move again – she had had her fill of bath products at Origins and walked on through to the Last Stand as she was sure the lone mutant could use some company. In downtown a mutant headed out to do some business was caught off guard then side swiped with some claws (or I would say “shanked”). The injury was nothing to laugh at and would require some treatment, but not for this mutant who could heal it all on their own.

Still in downtown, Sheeps was finishing a hard day at work and just gearing up the wheelchair for his commute back home. He had heard that wheelchairs get great gas mileage and he was big on the environment. One of his coworkers came up to ask him to stop at the bar for happy hour cocktails and he was always keen on that idea – I mean why the feck not? When is it not alcohol-o-clock?!

But just as he was agreeing to the idea, the coworker transformed into someone very different….and he knew he was in trouble. He threw the wheelchair into hyperdrive and started off at a good clip. His attacker was not too far behind as her agility was superhuman, but he still had the gain. He started shooting off ice streams at her, but she dodged them all. The ice got caught in the spokes of the wheelchair and all of the sudden he came to a screeching halt and the rogue mutant made her move. She was on him and used two knives to slice and dice his middle in a matter of seconds. Sheeps, Iceman, left the land of the living.


Lynch Deadline is 2 AM Dublin time (can be moved to 3 AM if need be)...

I think ksmi said she'd be gone all day. So I'm not sure whether she'll be able to get on to defend herself.

But I'm fine waiting or not.
 
Another night of killing fueled the fire in the mutants’ hearts and they wanted blood. Losing Iceman was just too much for them and the could not see straight. They did not waste any time choosing a victim ksmi as they had been suspicious of her for a few days now. Poor ksmi had been silenced on day 7 from an attack that injured her putting her in the hospital and now she was nowhere to be found to defend her impending death. It took awhile for the mutants to locate ksmi, but they finally found her holed up in her office at the Institute working on important documents for her boss. She was super tired, but had deadlines to meet and had she not been so over tired she might have sensed them coming for her. A lightning bolt comes through the window of the office and strikes her down to the ground almost knocking her out. She uses her telepathy to try to fight back against the mutants and protect herself from their attack, but another mutant is well-matched for the battle and is higher on energy at the moment. They have a battle of the minds for a few minutes, but the other mutant wins out and delivers the final blow with her psycho-blast. You have killed ksmi, Phoenix.
