Just letting people know the WL is moving. Got the email of acceptance today. Was on the middle third of the alternate list.

uhh what? i'm upper third with no acceptance..?

ya they don't do it in order necessarily. whoever drops out of the present class, they look at the waitlist to see if someone equivalent can be pulled out demographic wise. 1andDone are you OOS? (there are a couple of more factors other than OOS/IS too )

Does UC provide any particular outside resources for step 1 prep - like Kaplan etc.?
