All-

If you submitted your secondary over two weeks ago and haven't been marked as complete yet, I would urge you to investigate. I just called and discovered that there was a system error with my account. They had to manually process my application, but I am now thankfully complete.
 
Do they send an email when you are complete? because I got the receipt but no complete email
 
I just read that they do send an email...but how long should I wait until worrying that something is wrong
I submitted my secondary last friday

I submitted on 7/11 and got the complete email on 7/13. This was earlier, so the office was less inundated with applications. At the the same time, it doesn't hurt to call.
 
Do they give you a choice of interview date? or is it assigned to you

They had problems with my application as well... But they were super helpful, and got it fixed.
 
Is there a status page for Toledo? The thread from last year had one but I can't find one for us. Also are you guys able to log back into your application?
 
Hey guys, what exactly do you see when you try to log back into the page where you completed the secondary?

I get a page that asks me what type of application I would like to complete (undergrad, med, graduate, etc.) as if I was logging on for the first time. Is it the same for you guys?

you don't get to go back, there is no status page.
 
How soon after AMCAS verification did you all receive the secondary invite? It's been about a week for me and I haven't heard anything...

Ditto, getting a bit nervous. Doesn't Toledo screen for secondaries?
 
Has anyone received an 'application complete' e-mail recently?

I submitted 7/30 and still haven't heard anything about my app being complete...

According to MSAR, it does, but I bet the screen is not that high..you can look at my stats and even I got the secondary in a week after verification.

My other question is, does anyone else have AMCAS fee waiver? I have sent them an email about it and havent received a reply. My essays are ready and I want to get done with it ASAP! IS here and ia hope for + things! 😀
 
I submitted mine 07/22 and still haven't heard anything either. I had the fee waiver so they said they moved my application in manually or whatever.. I tried calling them a few times today but no one picked up.

I finished my application 7/31 and emailed them to have my application moved manually b/c I had the fee waiver too. I never got confirmation that this was actually done though. I've tried emailing, but they don't really answer those either...
 
AMCAS was verified on 8/5, but I still haven't received a secondary. Is this normal? It seems like UT hasn't been very active in the last week, but I thought I might ask.

According to MSAR, they screen for scondaries and that usually takes time. I got mine ~15 days after verification myself.

So I have been ready with the essays for years it seems and I have contacted them for Fee waiver and they seem to be not cooperating. I gave up today and finally paid the $80!

I finished my secondary on August 4th and I haven't received the complete email yet. Is this normal?

I haven't received my secondary, and my AMCAS was verified August 5th. UToledo is moving very slowly it seems.

To those who received secondaries: any idea how long it took after your primary was submitted?
 
um is anyone having problems with the toledo secondary website? i submitted and then paid (b/c you can't pay until you hit application complete) but now i referenced back to the website and my app isn't even there any more...anyone else having this problem?

Verified: July 14th, Secondary Received: July 15th (keep in mind, i am an IS student)

It's not supposed to be there, I believe they move it into another system once you pay. Give it a couple days for the complete email then call them if you don't receive it.

thanks for the quick reply. i called today (before i saw your message) and it seems like the office is in a bit of disarray right now because someone they hired didn't work out but the lady did tell me that if i paid that they should have my app (though i should've confirmed with my amcas ID). back to waiting!

Sounds like it. I just received a duplicate email for their secondary. I submitted my secondary and payment on July 21st.

i cant find my old application either on their website, it used to be accessible.

i have the same exact problem. i just got another invite to complete their secondary. i turned in the secondary like 2 weeks ago

also i called their office (it seems like kind of a mess). but they move your app out so apparently you can't access it? the lady told me that as long as you paid that means you submitted it. though now i'm having tons of problems trying to get a hold of anyone at the admissions office...
 
So I submitted and paid for my secondary about 3 weeks ago and I got an e-mail today asking me to complete the secondary application.

Anyone else get this?

lol someone must have really screwed up over there, sucks, hopefully they didn't lose our money!

anyone know roughly how long it takes them to screen i sent my verified amcas to them about 2 weeks ago still havent heard back
 
I just got that duplicate email a few minutes ago...thank goodness everyone else did too!
 
Finally got the secondary and submitted! It took my exactly 2 weeks to get the secondary after I was verified.
 
hmm so I verified my secondary around 7/21 and I just got another email from them today requesting a secondary... i'm concerned.. I emailed them back but they haven't gotten back to me. Did this happen to anyone else?
 
I also got another request to fill out their secondary. I sent in my first secondary about 2 weeks ago as well.

I'm sure it's a glitch on their end. If we have paid, we should be okay. Just make sure to keep that payment confirmation email!
 
So is anyone else thinking they dont want to go here anymore?
