Judging by Ruiz's statement that #1 is always a UM graduate, it seems more like a ceremonial thing than a sign of merit but you'd have to tweet at him to be sure! Let's be honest guys, how many of you just checked your UMich portal even though you haven't even received an II from here?

well, according to their app tracker (at least as of 10/15), they still have about 125 OOS ii offers to send...maybe they've sent some more since then, but there still are probably at least a 100 OOS ii's left...
