Complete mid aug silence 🙁
Just crush my dreams already sheesh
I'm pretty sure they don't reject post II on the 16th, just accept/continuePeople who interviewed in mid-Septemberish until some later date will hear either Accept/Reject/Continue at that point. I suspect probably we will mostly get continues, with a small number of rejections and small number of acceptances.
Lurker here. Was wondering if anyone knows when they will start reviewing us hold folks?
It means they like you enough to keep you around but not enough to interview you right away. We get rereviewed at the end. I think I read somewhere about 10 to 20 percent of people placed on hold are interviewed.what does "hold" indicate?

and out of curiosity, what does it mean if you are not on hold?

I'd be interested to know if that 10-20% number is the percent interviewed, or the percent invited to interview. I'd imagine a sizeable number of people would turn down a late interview due to costs/acceptances.It means they like you enough to keep you around but not enough to interview you right away. I think it means percent actually interviewed cause they talked about people removing themselves from consideration prior to the interview.I'd be interested to know if that 10-20% number is the percent interviewed, or the percent invited to interview. So if you got continued on the first date do they often accept you one of the next two dates, or do continuations turn into waitlists the majority of the time?
Happy Decision Week to all my fellow mid-October interviewees. What a long couple of months it's been.
I've been looking forward to Friday like I used to look forward to Christmas when I was 10...."so not counting today, since today is almost over... tuesday, wednesday, thursday.... thursday is basically friday.... so 2 more days, basically...."
Basically just waiting to be rejected and get it over with...one of my interviews was a complete disaster.
Unfortunately I don't have an answer for you, but I'm in the same boat so here's another bump for this question 🙂Question self-bump

Hopefully we both get some good news on Friday. It made me wonder if most continuations led to wait lists or acceptances. I think it might be kind of hard to get this info though
Exactly the same here. Have plans for Friday night?
decision day tomorrow or today??
