Last Monday, the list of 170 students admitted has been released. However, the CTE deadline is on July 20th. There can still be movement

No way to tell. The CTE deadline was the 20th, so a spot could open up if someone changed there mind or get accepted elsewhere last minute. There are plenty of stories of people getting in the week of orientation or even after, but at this point, the best thing to do is probably just assume you aren't going to get in, and start working on the next cycle.
