It might be a monthly thing though and it depends which week you interview (i.e. 1-3 weeks wait). They tell you at the end of the interview exactly what date they'll call/email.

Im pretty sure FAU is a smaller class size than FIU and they're similarly ranked, so I would assume FAU is harder to get into.

Additionally, please note that we do not accept and/or consider updates pertaining to grades as we only consider verified coursework and grades from AMCAS."

Yes there are internal ranking for the dean's letter (used for residency interviews). I.e. top 25%, top 50%, etc.

Everyone gets a school-issued computer which is touch screen and you can write on it (it's the kind that flips into a tablet, I think the Lenovo Yoga). You also get an iPad Mini for anatomy and such but this is not the kind you can write on. Tbh you can get an iPad if you want but in my opinion it's a bit excessive with the touch screen computer that you pay for with your tuition. A lot of students do have and use iPads though!

I forget which stethoscope it is, but everyone gets the same one and it's a nice one. The metal is silver and the tube is navy blue!

Everyone gets a navy (FIU color) adscope convertible cardiology steth, it’s like ~$130. A number of first years also buy littman’s on their own because they look better on Instagram 😉, but I promise you will hear everything you possibly want with it

nah I think trends have shown that they're given out on Tuesdays mid-month and decisions are released the last Tuesday of every month... just my conspiracy theory though
