congrats on all the acceptances! you guys think it's too late to submit their secondary app?

Hey guys, sorry if this has been asked before, I'm trying to schedule an interview and I need my NSU ID to finalize it. Did they send that in an email? The PDF they sent me is corrupted and I can't find the ID in any of their correspondences or the portal. TIA

bottom of the interview invite email 🙂

II today! completed 9/16. low-key wish interviews were in person so I could take a nice little vacation to Fort Lauderdale haha.

Congratulations! May I ask what interview openings are available right now? Are they into November or December?

I just recently was complete so I hope they reach out soon.

I have been complete since 7/29 and have not received anything from them...my stats are above their average so I am worried they might have screened me out 🙁

For those of you accepted, how long between your interview and your acceptance did you wait?
I interviewed 9/3 and was accepted 9/29. I think they are interviewing early in the month and sending decisions towards the end of the month

Well that sounds like a whole lot of anxiety 😱 I interview on the 6th!

Hey guys, should I apply here? Been debating it. A little about me: 3.7 GPA, 499 MCAT. I have experience as a medical scribe, pharm tech, tutor at my undergraduate institution, clinical and nonclinical volunteering, bilingual, SES disadvantaged, First generation college student, cellist for ten years, refugee health advocate.

Absolutely! But I would do It soon if you decide to 🙂

I was complete in late July. Have average mcat and gpa for this school. It’s my top choice as it’s close to my hometown. If I haven’t received a II, is it safe to say I’m probably never gonna get one? Or anyone have any tips on how to help maybe get one? Would love to go here.

I'm in the same boat, complete since June :/ so definitely would love to hear anyone's tips on this pleaseeee

I wouldn't say, submitted mine 15 days ago and got an interview. I think as far as DO apps go you are still early.

Thanks! It was odd, I actually just signed up. When I opened up the portal they only gave me one open date to pick on October 27th. They did not give me any other options sooner or later. So maybe they pick a date for you? Or maybe they open more dates up as they send waves of II's and I was just late to the party in this wave? Not quite sure.

You're not the only one! I was complete in late August. Welcome to the waiting boat! We have set sail and just waiting for them to call us in.

For people who have received interviews, how long did it take to receive an II after submitting your secondary?

Having a 500 MCAT makes a BIG difference. But because of your background though I'd say you have a good shot

Anyone else still waiting to hear? Got the call that my application is beginning review 8/4, 510 mcat 4.0 GPA and still haven't heard anything :/

I’m in the same boat here ! (Not nearly as high stats 505 MCAT 3.7 GPA) but my assumption is they’re still working on the folk who complete in July? I’m sure is August applicants will be hearing back soon

yeah true true that’s what I’m hoping for. My boyfriend is an M1 here so I have my fingers crossed for NOVA!

Is there anyone who submitted their secondary around mid September that got the completion call by now already? Trying to gauge how long it takes for the completion call, figure might take longer in Sept vs July.

I submitted around end of sept and got the complete call 3 days after!

I was complete that same day and received an II. I have a 506 3.76. The only thing I could think of is that maybe interviews are given holistically more emphasis on ECs? Don’t worry tho it’s still so early.

Did you also get an email for completion or just the call?
My fiance submitted Sept 19. Wondering if she didn't get the call if she should email them or if you think it's fine.

No I didn't get an email. Doesn't hurt to email!

For those accepted, did you see any changes in your portal before receiving any acceptance email? 🙂

Also was curious if anybody got accepted by mail or just email?

When did you submit your secondary and when did you receive an II?
