Nah just wait. They say it can take 15 business days and with the volume of apps + pandemic delay it could easily take longer

It seems, like most schools, PCOM is pretty swamped. Especially since the number of applications it gets is on the higher end. Not sure if you should email but when I emailed them, after waiting the 15 days from primary submission, they updated my app the same day.

Oh wow, so there is still some time. Thank you for that information Also was mid/late Sept for all three PCOM schools or just the PA one ?

Remember they download apps in groups to keep the numbers manageable. Then an email goes out with instructions on how to complete your file. You must pay the fee before they will do any processing in your app. The letters will take at least 15 business days to how after the fee is processed. They are all working from home and have done a lot of work to make the process seamless but things will happen so patience is key. Also, it is August and people are still able to take vacations so they may be working with less staff.

I did not get a complete email. I only got the portal link which came ~ a month after I submitted.

The blacked out portions are the names of my recommenders. I noticed my Letter of rec - Sci Faculty 2 does not have a name but has a received date. Am I good to go or does it need to have the professor's name? I did have 2 science and 1 non-science LOR.

The difference between living in the Northeast as compared to living in the South is night and day. Fast paced as compared to slow and steady down south. Very different ideologies between the North and South. Some northerners would never be able to survive the south and vice versa. And South GA is a whole different situation living pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Some would hate that, others will feel at home and comfortable.

In a normal cycle last year they didn’t even start sending IIs till mid September. With the pandemic it could be delayed even more

That's usually how it is. I would wait a few more days. Mine took 22 days i think.

I had to wait about a month before the fee email. I wouldn’t sweat it yet, Philadelphia is just slower due to their high volume of applicants.

They should have your letters from your AACOMAS app.

They will look at your letters after the fee is paid and update the portal. You can send more but remember quality over quantity. They feel they can assess a file with three letters. Add a DO letter and you will be good.
