I am also on the "Accepted, pending a seat" list (email received April 8). When I last spoke with an admissions advisor at Burrell, she said that any movement at this point in the cycle is student driven, so an accepted applicant has to withdraw their acceptance of a seat for another person to be offered a seat off the Accepted, pending a seat list. Since we are already Accepted, yes, we would be ahead of the waitlisted people. I believe the NM campus may not have the Accepted, pending a seat situation going on though since they have 200 seats in their class whereas the FL campus only has 100 seats to fill. She did say that there is usually a lot of movement this time of year though, so that is good news for us.I didn’t hear back from accepted pending seat for Florida
