unfortunately no, though looking at the premise it'd probably make me bawl my eyes out (which makes it great watching). i'll try to watch it soon, thanks for the rec.

parasite's great, what's your favorite part about it? someone pointed out to me the symbolism of stairs = class status and now i look for it whenever i get a chance to see the movie.
since you recommended a movie, i'll recommend one back: Minari (2020)

Movies that are like mind bender and cinematically beautiful like Interstellar and also The Grand Budapest Hotel. But I am a sucker for feel good movies that make me feel endless happiness lmao.

IS R… submitted sometime early August. I did ask for [emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]] extension though so that was probably a bad look.

Just wanted to mention that the school has an internal Discord server that accepted students will get access to around mid-March (before second look). At first, it'll be limited to just a few channels, but it’s a great way for prospective students to ask questions to current students and alumni.

A couple of weeks before classes start, everyone who’s confirmed to be matriculating gets full access to the server, and that's when it really opens up and becomes super useful!

I also don't know exactly when your start date is but I will be subleasing my room within my apartment unit (3 bed 2 bath with private bathroom and private indoor garage space 5 mins from the medical school building on campus) for June/July. Let me know if you're interested!
 
IS A yesterday. LM 63, really low 500s MCAT. s/cGPA > 3.8x worked as FEA engineer in the automotive industry, MS & PhD (19 publications). I feel blessed and humbled to be offered a seat w/ a partial scholarship. Just to encourage a non-trad out there not to give up if you don't get a stellar MCAT score.

Oh wow they gave you a scholarship too!! Congrats! Was it in your acceptance letter than you received a scholarship?

Thanks. The Financial Aid Office sent a separate email about the scholarship offer the same day I received the A.
 
I was accepted earlier this month and also received a separate email this week regarding a partial merit scholarship, so the emails are being send

Based on the way things have been going this cycle and last, we may hear about a couple more acceptances by Friday, February 14 if any, but there will likely be a large WL/R day on February 20
 
Current M1 here helping out with the Spring Visit Days-- also have a spot I'm subleasing on campus with parking if interested in learning more about either DM me
 
Predicting a mass decision wave this coming Wednesday on the nineteenth. Last year, on that Wednesday, they only sent WLs and Rs that day, but this year things appear to be slightly different as they are spreading out their acceptances
 
OOS A last night. If you got a scholarship, how long after A email did you get fin aid notification?
