interviewed 8/28 and just received the on-campus day email. is this required? did anyone get accepted without attending?

I just emailed them to ask some other questions about the on campus day because I don't have my work schedule yet. I asked if an admissions decision will be held until this is attended, so I will let you know what they say

I got accepted without attending! It is definitely great to go though so you can get a feel for the school and its culture.

End of July interview and end of Aug acceptance.. 3 weeks isn't long! You have time, no need to worry.

If I interviewed last week on Thurs, do you guys think attending the on campus day on the 27th is a little late? They said during their zoom info sesh/in the on campus day email, that you can email them to schedule a personal tour. Or am I just overthinking it lol?

i dont think so. personally im going to wait until i get a decision before i commit to traveling for one of their campus days.

PBL seton hill was my first pick, and thats what pops up now.

maybe its just a way of sorting us into "buckets" so we can be reviewed by the proper admissions staff for our top program. or maybe its something better. who knows.

yeah this happened to me too. I received that email about choices and there was change to the pathway. instead of doctor of osteopathic program it changed to the program I ranked first. don't know what this means. maybe we might hear back by the end of this month?

Its not binding, but if you do not consider LECOM to be your first choice out of all schools you applied to, I'd encourage you to be truthful and put 2.
