at least according to SDN and cycle tracker no normal MD invites have been sent out yet. So hopefully soon!

it’s so silly bc i didn’t get my secondary till 8/12 even tho i was verified and transmitted on day 1 they are slow slow

or it could be some variation of the early applications. Despite being rolling admissions, sometimes medical schools still have a priority. Nobody knows exactly how the process works for each school besides the people in admissions

If interviews are 10/4, I would think it has to be the first round by the end of this week or at the latest next Monday

Not a thing. Do we know how valid that date of October 4th is? It seems very improbable that they are actually planning on doing interviews with such a short notice

unless they send IIs tomorrow i’d have a hard time believing the 10/4 date… unless people who have gotten IIs are just not on SDN lol

It isn't posted anywhere official, the date came from someone earlier in the thread who I belive is an MS4 at UMN-TC

But since the UofM is taking so long, how is everyone applications going with other schools? I'm still waiting to hear anything, but I was also a little slow on the process, so hopefully, I will start hearing from schools soon!

The connection may help. But fair warning they took a while to send secondaries, but that may be different at this point in the cycle. Go for it!

I went to an info session earlier prior to secondaries coming out and the adcom member said they’re going to send them over that particular weekend. It took another 2 weeks before they actually sent them.

Maybe everything is 2 weeks-ish behind their original plan, including interviews invites.
