a student i am tutoring for the mcat just got an ii on monday for this friday. do we know how many spots are left/how many are interviewing consdiering it is so late in the cycle?

I thought this school stopped interviewing in April? I was told during my interview day that no more IIs would be sent out after the last week of April.

Idk man. Maybe the majority of the waitlist movement takes place in the middle of the summer

I kind of wished they ranked the WL so we could know our odds and make the decision to reapply or focus on other acceptances. Like if I am ranked 55/75 I'm definitely withdrawing lol.

I just said I had some new updates specifically for school/new transcripts to send their way, and that OSU was still my top choice despite being waitlisted! I feel like they’re sick of my updates atp 🤣

Did you send this yesterday to admissions? I was trying to get in touch with admissions on a couple of questions but was not able to get in touch. I am hoping to hear back today. I did not know if she was out of the office. Thanks and good luck. I am hoping to get off WL.

I sent the email on last Friday. They responded Monday morning.

I wouldn't let this scare anyone who's trying to stay positive on the WL. They sent me this exact same email back in January and there has been some waitlist movement since then. It's not an R until it's an R!

I also received this when I sent an update in March so I wouldn’t stress too much about it. I called yesterday and Nicol said they are starting to look at waitlist more frequently and there will continue to be movement
