Do you all know if BUCOM is a pass/fail school? I know they have information about it online, but I think that was published a few years ago, and I can’t remember what they said on the interview day/campus tour.

As of right now yeah. Heard this from the folks at the school as well.
 
I also got the A a few weeks ago! Could someone please add me to the groupme as well? Thank you!
 
did anyone get the “official acceptance package”? whatever that meant?
 
For everyone asking, I believe BUCOM adds you to the groupme, not anyone on here.

they do eventually after depositing. but I’ve set up an accepted GroupMe, we’ve got quite a few of us. just a supplemental one for all of us accepted folk to talk, gives people a good platform if they haven’t deposited and been added to the official one

how can I get added to this ? 🙂
 
Does anyone know if the username password for the BUCOM portal (the one you are supposed to go to after being accepted to do the deposit) is the same one we made for the primary?

im assuming the class is 100% full and they're interviewing for spots that will inevitably be dropped and become open. somejust just dropped their A yesterday. there's a crap ton of cycle left, and everyone knows people are gonna drop their As before the 12/14 deposit date as they could be waffling between multiple schools. pair that with getting As at maybe one of the top established DO schools or maybe an MD school after 12/14 and before june... you can see how there would be a ton of movement. they wouldn't be interviewing after deposit deadline if they didn't think there would be movement.

Hoping someone on here can clarify this lol

I haven't received an invitation for an interview, but when I go to my portal it says "Your application is in review" and then above that it has "BUCOM Interview Days - Sign up for the next available date". When I click on the available dates, it gives me the option to register for upcoming interview dates. Just feeling a tad bit of confusion because I've essentially received no communication let alone an interview invitation😂

Yeah same thing has happened to me and others on the thread as well with the secondary invite and the interview invite lol. How long has it been since you have submitted your secondary? Think you should be getting the email or a text telling you to schedule soon anyways so you should be fine scheduling it if its on your portal.

Did the Interview tab just open for you recently?!?!? If you submitted on 9/7 as an IS resident after being granted a secondary, re-check your spam folder and see if the II email just got lost in the spam folder lol. Either way definitely schedule an interview with the tab for sure.

yeah i check my spam folder daily just to be safe, so i know i haven't received an invitation in my email lol i try to check my portals every two weeks so its just added that within the past couple weeks -- everytime i've checked it has had the "Letters of Recommendation Verified by BUCOM Staff" box unchecked
