*** USF no longer has a "SELECT PROGRAM". Ignore all the references to "Core" - vs' "Select" you may see on past year's threads and assume you are all applying to the same pool.***

+1 IS. Did not see any prompts, filled out and uploaded all residency docs to see if that changed anything and still no luck.

What are you all putting for USF ID in the residency form?
+1 OOS, don't see secondary prompts

Well this is kind of weird- Submitted the form but its just stuck on the "thank you" page. I'm probably gonna set admissions an email.

Albert Einstein had a similar problem where people couldn't access the secondary essays and it seems like USF is using the same software as them. I think it resolved over the weekend for most people but it would be a good idea to give admissions a heads up

Received another email from Morsani indicating there was another step to complete (I already submitted the residency form). I do not see anything else on the portal, though. Anyone else have this problem?

Same problem

Received a third email with another link and the portal is now working for me!

If I had a withdrawal that was related to the COVID-19 pandemic, how do you all think I should answer number 1 versus number 7?

are we supposed to get an application complete email

Since there is no “Why us” question or anything that would prompt me to write about my strong connections to FL (where my family is from, all extended family lives there, my Dad attended undergrad at USF, etc.), do you think I should work this into one of the questions despite it not being part of the prompt? I know these are something I need to include but don’t want to come off as a pushover…

I could also possibly send a short, concise email outlining these factors to the admission committee?

I would email admissions and ask them what they suggest. Let us know what they say!

Was wondering the same! I was considering weaving it into the diversity question but did not want to get off track

What should I answer for #3 if I just want to practice in a hospital/clinic? Private practice?

question from the residency form can I choose 2 from section A or does it have to be one from section A and one from section B?

Just submitted my secondary! How do you check the status of your letters / MCAT / etc on their portal? I didn't get an email confirming submission.

I don't think you can, also they said they wouldn't be sending a confirmation email

What term did everyone select for "Term of Application" on the residency form? Would it be Summer 2025, since the academic year starts with the summer??

For the scholarly concentrations question, are you guys focusing on one concentration or would it be okay to talk about two?

For the COVID-19 question, would it be appropriate to say that during my first year, I basically couldn't shadow or volunteer or research because of COVID, but I volunteered with an online counseling service? I feel like everyone was affected by a virtual first/second year so I don't know if it's worth mentioning, but it definitely did impact my competitiveness.

I think that's appropriate to write about.

For interview date scheduling, did anybody else also see the listed time for every date as 12:00 AM? If I'm interpreting the email correctly, we should expect a second email at some point in the future assigning a time on the date we selected and ignore the 12:00 AM time listing right?
