There are three different portions; the traditional interview was super chill and 25 ish minutes, the group activity is also chill, and the MMIs were a little bit longer, you are just talking to a camera and they get reviewed after.

Overall it's chill but it lasts way too long(7:45am - 4pm), so far the most exhausting interview I had
It needs to be manually updated so give it a couple more weeks before inquiring

A couple of questions:
1. I didn't really see in post-II R in previous years' threads. Does Dell ever send out post-II R or just put all interviewed applicants in the WL(ranked) pool until an offer is made? (Like Long SOM/UT Health San Antonio)
2. Are all interviewed applicants invited to a campus visit/tour or just accepted students?

ya got that a little while ago post ii, seems like its scheduled to send certain amount of time after interview. There's more like that too unfortunately so you can have a mini-heart attack each time you get an email from dell med

Also just got an IS II even though I also thought I bombed the absolute hell out of my secondary!!!! Literally so excited!

Do we know when they stop sending out secondaries, I know Dec 15th is the last day to complete one.
my personal guess is next week, maybe Friday. based on last year and what they said in interview "early-mid November"

I think I remember hearing they have a 7 day expected turnaround on secondaries so I'd assume last ones will go out no later than Dec 8th (if they even go out for that long)

I believe that during the interview, they mentioned December being the next round. Don't quote me though, I was exhausted at the end of that interview day 😭😭

Just received an ii!!! So excited! I thought my Tx cycle was going to be over with, but I guess I'm still in!
this quote from their recent post ". . . If someone sends letters of intent, personal statements or anything of that sort in the pre-match period, we don’t look at it." (Admissions 101: The Future M.D.’s Guide to Applying to Dell Medical… | Dell Medical School) makes me think no, but tbf I haven't emailed to ask. Technically they say "letters of intent" rather than "update letters" so idk what "anything of that sort" all encompasses
I emailed them about 2-3 weeks ago and they said they do not accept update letters.

You got one A at least! Keep your head up. What were your stats and ECs?
It's a good time to go to the TMDSAS Guide and read about the TMDSAS Match.
Everyone who has had at least 1 interview could match, but unfortunately it can also happen to have several interviews and get a "No Match" message.
If you get that "No Match" message watch for more information from the schools where you interviewed.
Some TMDSAS schools will keep everyone who has interviewed on a WL, others create a more limited WL and will inform you if you have a place on their WL.

They should be. I interviewed 12/4 and they said that was the 9th of 10 interview days. I would guess their last would have been week after that or this week and they intend to wrap up interviews by Christmas
