Back to the Basics? WW Game Thread

Haha I am a SHE by the way.
Meh sorry. Although I do use the character role gender instead. Which was randomly assigned across all the roles. I don't have the character role gender reflect actual gender as it would narrow things down for people. Sorry u thought I was calling u a man though

I'm going to need to see a picture of you rubbing your chest to confirm this... you know, for science

Oh mayor...

If the wolves killed WS, then who targeted MDreamaker? 😕

Wondering the same...

No worries 🙂 haha I didn't expected you to know I am not a man!

I'm wondering if MD wasn't targeted specifically, but a side story was made because MD got the vest.

So when someone gets the vest do they always get shot?!

i'm actually on the school of thought that I shouldn't be allowed to see the old posts, so a new conversation should be started each new person... but that can be cumbersome...

You mean like the old school days? lol.

Yeah, I agree fundamentally. Practically I would be impressed by someone that really implemented it. I know I have the rare occasion, but only usually with an agenda.

It helps with not knowing whether a person actually left the convo or not though.

I'm not sure, it's only a theory. It seems strangely coincidental that each night so far the person with the vest gets targeted.

Sorry guys tried to make it clear I was a boring ex mayor! Lots to learn in WW. Go team villagers.

i considered the same thing. However, if the vest automatically gets you shot, then N1 we are in fact looking at some other reason that there was no kill. Perhaps, knowing what BB was, he had it built in that he wouldn't die if attacked, since no one was kidnapped last night. Again, we will have to wait and see if any kidnappings happen later in the game.

Also, we have to "think outside the box" whatever that means.

I find it very, very unlikely that the wolves would target the person with the vest on 2 consecutive nights, which means I'm doubting the fact that they targeted Jayna first night.

my favorite modding play is to have a no kill first night. Everyone is already paranoid enough as it is, then they get even more paranoid as to why there was no kill the first night.

plus, if i want to play the nice mod, it gives everyone at least a little bit longer to play the game...

I'm thinking it was BB who was attacked the first night...it did say in the write up that their "last resurrection" was used up.

But doesn't that mean that BB used his resurrection on SV88?

But doesn't that mean that BB used his resurrection on SV88?
How's he supposed to get a skeleton army if he can only resurrect one skeleton? I thought it made more sense for BB to survive one kill attempt, and that be the rez.

li havke no theories riguht now, but it's hard to have theornies wehn you're enfjoying appletinis this much!:soexcited:

"No." Says the man in black. "Instead..." He stabs a cross shaped knife into the area where his heart should be. Blackbox lets out a loud groan, which slowly fades away as the life drains out of him. Dead is Blackbox, the necromancer, a chaos character who was able to resurrect the innocent when lynched by a jury of their peers. Having used his 1 resurrection already, he will no longer be able to enact his plan of skeleton based domination of New York City. With his death, Sv88, Head Skeleton, is able to rest peacefully.

This lead me to believe that BB only had one rez, at least at that time.

I'm pretty sure that means that he had the ability to survive a kill attempt - which would be why he would no longer be able to enact his plan, since he's officially dead, having already used his self-resurrection once.
My ability, before BB was killed, was to protect one villager from evil forces during every day cycle (I had to choose who I wanted to protect the night before). I have since been told that if the person I protected was lynched, they would have died instead of becoming a part of the skeleton army. Which makes me think the skeleton thing was automatic for any villager who was lynched (unless I happened to be protecting them).

**** BB sorry I suspected you ****

SV88 - ik you were saying that with good intentions, but be careful about being dead and discussing anything related to the game. Quite honestly, you don't know if a resurrection was used on u or not, or how that mechanism works, but apologizing in that manner, can lead ppl to believe something to be true that isn't, or something that is true that they would have had more trouble deducing. Not upset or anything, I made a similar mistake not too long ago, I was just giving you a heads up.

Bb resurrect sv88...my guess is sv88 would have created the skeleton army
That actually makes a lot of sense considering SV88 was Head Skeleton.

This whole time I've been thinking of the word "head" the wrong way... Thought she was a literal head skeleton (skull) until about 10 seconds ago. Which makes no sense in hindsight.

Even so SV, from what I understand dead people can only cheer for either side and post nonsense stuff, no talking about game period, because it could be seen as strategy-ing.

*** life's tough get a helmet. Or a necromancer. *** 🙂

Ehh for now lynch LIS because I really have no idea.

I could get on board a MJ lynch, but honestly, he amuses me.

Since I know the response to this will also amuse me: lynch Devyn

Holy hell, Batman, I see we're all about the feline GI issues..... Lynch UFO for now.

I still don't think UFO is a good lynch choice.

I'm not really feeling the Madjack lynch right now either to be honest, so lynch epivet. I will probably waffle later.

FWIW (it might not be much) I've trusted MJ this game and would suggest letting him live to be investigated in some way rather than lynching him today.

Disclaimer that my trust is guarded and based only on the fact that I don't think he's being wolfy, since I've played in three other games with him. However, he hasn't been an original wolf before, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Unlynch Gwen, lynch UFO.

While I have my suspicions about Gwen, UFO has made no attempt to explain yesterday and absolutely no one can vouch that her claims were true. Perhaps we are wrong, in which case I shall till the soil for my own burial, for it makes no difference to me and as a fellow noob I know I too shall die in short order. But I have served this city faithfully, difficult as its justice may be.

I do not desire that you should treat me kindly, and I cherish no pity for myself, but I implore that you consider I might have further use for our good mayor and the aristocracy of this city, and that lynching me would be a great loss to the cause of those above my station, both in title and in rank. I shall speak with Chillbo, as he is my superior, and let him speak to you as to my fate.
