Hi
I was biking on a rainy day to class, did not stop at the stop sign, and a police gave me a bike ticket. I did pay the fine. For the secondary, do I list this as something that did not result in disciplinary action?
Thanks

No it's a ticket...tickets are not criminal actions

What kind of an ******* cop gives a bike a ticket for running a stop sign anyway? I run one literally every day on my way to school.

This is a pet peeve of mine. If you're gonna drive in the street, then obey traffic laws. Bikes aren't exempt from safe driving. I almost hit a biker once because he ran a stop sign and it freaked the hell out of me.

Sorry, ending rant. No, you don't need to list it lawl.

Yea but it was rainy so he was probably trying to get out of the rain fast.

Funny story, someone ran a stop sign when I was riding my bike and hit me. I flew through the air for about twenty feet, smashed my helmet and broke my arm. Then the person has the nerve to go yell at me for not obeying the rules of the road, started to kick my bike and then proceeded to call the cops on me. Needless to say, she got a ticket and was almost arrested and I got a free ride to the ER.

But I agree, if you ride on the road then you have to follow the laws. Just be prepared for jerks like that.

Why is this posted in school specific section?

Unless you were cited apart of a drunk and disorderly arrest you forgot to tell us about then no...
