That's probably so true. I'm at an okay program, but my application is freaking solid. Not trying to complain too much, I'm at 6 interviews, but figured I'd have more at this point.

As ACTA fellowships become more competitive, I bet they are increasingly being filled by internal candidates. It’s really a win-win for both the candidates and the programs. Something for medical students to consider when ranking residencies.
