Des Moines University or CCOM?

I have been fighting with myself on whether or not to go to Des Moines University or CCOM. I like both of the schools and as far as I know, they both have pretty strong reputations. I am almost positive that I want to specialize in surgery (possibly orthopedic). I was wondering what school would be my best bet. I realize that pretty much any medical school you go to is going to give you a good education, but I want to make sure that I give myself the best opportunity for a surgical residency, which I know is not easy, especially orthopedic surgery. Please let me know any feedback and advice that may be helpful in my decision. Thank you.
