I do want to give props to @PippyPony for calling out my non-village BS 😉 I really have been wolf hunting for the most part, but it's always just a little hard for me to do it 100% authentically when I don't actually have to care who is yoten.

I’m curious about you stating that part of your role was to find the time bomb. Do you just mean that from a game design perspective your role seering was needed to balance a time bomb? Or was it explicit in your role description and you’ve known about the time bomb all game?

It was told to me in my initial role description that there is an "ultimate threat" in the game and that I should sniff it out.

Only announcing it now because I only just had it confirmed. Sniffed it out by making a guess and finally being right after being wrong twice
 
I can confirm SAR sends abilities to others, that's how I got an extra shot (sorry barks). She told me she had 1x of getting to keep a stolen ability herself but wasted that on cyndia's nilla wafer self.

Turns out I'm bad at my own ability
 
So I guess the choice of whether to yeet Dubz today or go for a wolf, counting on the wolves killing Dubz in the night, depends on three things. Do we believe that Dubz is 3p and not a wolf? Do we believe that Dubz is telling the truth about the time not being up? And do we think that even if she is telling the truth it’s still a better bet to yeet her now instead of risking killing a villager by wolfhunting?

So if true, the ability thief didn’t use genny’s shot. I think it’s pretty safe to assume village (or 3p whose goal isn’t to kill, at least), then (... was there another use of a stolen ability that seemed very wolfy that I’ve forgotten?). For that reason I can’t see SAR as a wolf unless Dubz is lying, and I see no reason to lie here unless they’re in a pack together, so the possibilities are w/w, 3p/v, or maybe 3p/different, non-scum 3p.

I’m having a hard time seeing a role that can kill at least 3 people in 4 days AND has a game-ending ability as part of a balanced wolfpack. Sorry for reasoning based on mechanics speculation but it just doesn’t seem plausible, so I believe that neither Dubz nor SAR are wolves.

The second two questions I don’t really know about, but I think that the two risks (game over if don’t eliminate Dubz today or yeeting a villager if we try for a wolf) together mean we should play it safe, yeet Dubz, and take the day discussion to get a head start on sussing out a wolf to yeet tomorrow.

Yes, we still discuss because even if dubz is a wolf, she isn't the last one. I still think kras and Sporty should be busted.

Now I’m sad again because I thought I found a confident village read after losing genny and Pippy. I’m certain you two aren’t w/w because this would be a crazy bus and IMO unbalanced, but now idk if you two are 3p/w or 3p/v. I’m trying to think out if SAR’s actions would make sense as a wolf or as a villager and they seem equally reasonable. Going through the same thing with your role and whether it makes sense for you to be telling the truth that your win and village win are not mutually exclusive is similarly frustrating. I don’t want to take the risk, though, and at least we won’t be losing a villager. Sorry Dubz.
