Tiny thing but this reads genuine village to me. You see each others’ names a lot in a wolfchat. If sunny and CATS were in a wolfpack together I don’t think it would occur to sunny (not a slight on sunny’s creativity. If anything a slight on mine since I’m basing this on knowing I would never think of it) to pretend not to know who “big kitty cats” is referring to.
I am also curious of this...
This response to a vote for CATS doesn’t sit entirely right with me. I don’t think it’s not a reasonable thing for a villager to say, but together with the other reasons I’m suspicious of Sloth I don’t love it.
I wonder if I would change my very difficult to read wolf play if I were wolfing again?
I'll ask the pigeons.
Vote SAR.

Bread is village
1. I do think you would. I also think you’re a bold enough wolf that you’d point it out. For other reasons, though, I don’t think you’re wolfing this game.
2. I need to go back and see what the pigeon exchange was. Iirc messenger pigeons have been a thing in other werewolf games and it sounded like something like that was maybe happening here.
3. Care to elaborate on these pearls of wisdom???
Also, I have zero idea what BB code is or how to use it.
I am impressed with myself just for using spoilers.
It’s a simple markup language used for formatting forum posts. Click the top right dots icon and then the brackets icon in the dropdown menu. It will switch your view from formatted text to the plain text BB code editor. You can then copy and paste that to quote between thread and PMs. It cuts off long PM quotes, tho, and we can’t expand them since we aren’t in the PM, so it may be better to just copy-paste long messages in quotation marks.
It was the only way to stop the night.
Yay I suspected right!! For multiple reasons (will elaborate if asked) I think it’s clear mayo isn’t lying about this. I know any ability can be for any affiliation, but I’d assume night cancellation and especially using it skews village. I can also imagine a 3p with some exclusive win condition of “if neither village nor wolves have won by day n” or something, but that’s well into tinfoil hat territory (not at all ruling it out, since something about mayo’s posts have given me vague 3p impressions. I just don’t think it’s worth pursuing yet). I would question why village would skip such an early night, when we need info from night actions to hunt wolves and before skipping nights gets really crucial at endgame, but I think it makes sense here. The number of people we already lost, plus worries about it escalating, plus suspicion on mayo all making him worried he wouldn’t survive another night/day cycle... yeah, it tracks.
Also, this is more of a rhetorical question than a real one, but why do all the new players think genny is village???? She's been shooting people in broad daylight!
Doesn't anyone wonder who killed BC at night if the village assassin shoots during the daytime? Like, maybe there is a village assassin who shot a wolf, and the weaponized wolves got revenge the next day by shooting 3 villagers?
And if it's actually a wolfy ability thief who stole one of genny's bullets, why didn't they shoot genny so she couldn't kill a wolf the next day??
If a wolf stole it, it doesn't make sense to me that they would want to immediately shoot her with it - they could just use it on someone else as an extra kill and then kill her that night if needed, or else leave her around if they knew they could just steal it again and get more extra kills with it. But then the night cancel happened?
This makes me feel like genny and mayo are v/v (or at least v/not-wolf). I think there not being any vig kills today speaks to genny being village. If she were a wolf with a limited daykill ability, I think after missing a NK wolves would be nervous and eager to get village numbers down so would go for a kill today. The pack maybe having counted on killing genny last night is another point in favour of the night skipper being village - ofc we can’t know if that was the wolves’ plan, but the possibility is there nevertheless.
