Georgetown vs. University of Maryland

MD resident deciding between University of Maryland and Georgetown. MD is close to home and has great research opportunities but is ABCD grading. I love DC and the clinical focus (plus great match list) of GU but conflicted as to whether the program is worth the additional cost (~10k per year). Any input from current students or applicants that made similar decisions would be much appreciated.
