It seems very strange for a brand new noob to not only have that information readily held in their minds, but also be able to recognize what it meant and how it applies to this game. Maybe she did read the basics game in its entirety and is a really fast learner. I'm confused about your mention of the speed game because I wasn't involved in that either and not sure how that plays in here.

I went back and looked at the basics thread to see how much discussion of the unusual bussing situation occurred there vs in dead chat. The vast majority of that discussion was in dead chat, so mkg wouldn't have seen it, so maybe would think it's a more common occurrence than it really is.

Leaving as neutral for now, curious to see how they continue to contribute today.


This isn't quite right though. Lainey was a noob, but not in her first game, which is why some of the questions she asked came across as sketchy/wolfy/playing up the noob thing a little too much.

I mean I read it like 24 hours ago so I'd hope it's still fresh in my mind. I said I read some of the game because I did skim through parts of it in the middle, but I did read through to the end. Animal Midwife mentioned the speed game because thats why she voted for Alissa. I understood everyone else's salt votes because they were from a game I read, but not hers.

Both april and shorty give me the heebie jeebies, I know shorty currently has her vote on april, and I don't think a wolf pack would try to bus a pack member D1 two games in a row but there is plenty of time to hop off. I think having that early exchange about the Barks vote could have been them trying to act village/distance themselves from each other so that if one flips the other looks innocent

Yeah, I think that’s a bit of a reach by @Aprilthearab.
For now, short of some egregious rojo, I don’t think I’m going to be voting for MKG.

It does seem like these games tend to have a habit of casting suspicion on to noobs just because we don’t know what to expect and end up over analyzing, and it’s statistically more likely to lead to misyeets.

It seems like a distraction, when there are more prominent targets, and people who’ve barely talked or haven’t talked at all yet to worry about.

Samac was my pick for "I have a hard time reading this player so let's see where some early conversation gets us" before I caught up, didn't see anything that pinged my wolfy radar enough from anyone else to change my mind, plus her AM salt vote feels...hmmm. Some sorta way. Can't put my finger on it.

I was originally going to say Barks always votes for me D1 so its NAI, and not really a good reason to vote for her. People had talked about it before I did, so I didnt feel it was super necessary to echo that, cause I have been accused of being echoy and am trying to change that.

A bandwagon means a large collection of votes in a short amount of time. I wouldn't say that happened here because Doggo was the second and only other vote Barks has gotten thus far (and it happened hours ago). Am I correct to assume you're village reading Barks though?

Seems like a not very village reason to pick someone to die D1, when there's good odds she might be village. But if you were wolf it would be great.

She got to live to end game, that is a decent reason but not the one you gave.
