That aside. I don't know why we're arguing about someone, who is confirmed to have lied, about whether or not their claim was believable.

If I was encouraging her to claim Sleepwalker, the "hearing the door creak as though someone left" would not have been a part of it. She also would have said she visited KJQ specifically.

I also wouldn't have been the ONLY PERSON to explore the potential legitimacy of the claim, without any other support.

I wasn't going to try to get her voted out, ever, but certainly would have kept her around to keep myself alive.

Non-POE reasoning:

genny - obvious, outted PSV and from the beginning seemed more interested in pursuing her than Lissa. 100% unpaired.

mkg - Was just based on the mayoral energy, then Zenge's reading card, and then she shot PSV so barring fancy shenanigans, she good.

Zenge - Voiced suspicion against PSV multiple times prior to the genny outting, don't see him doing that after converting her. However, idk why he is now bringing up samac being a watcher as if that is a point against me when I didn't know about it.

Greedy - for VCA purposes I don't think his vote hopping at the end of D1 makes much sense knowing that mads, fruit, samac (and myself) were all village. Was the second vote on PSV (after fruit) when there were many village options on the board and encouraged KJQ to move there as well...the movement to samac was voiced by KJQ and started by fruit so not like he was the one to push things away from PSV. I also just think he's sounded village when sus has come up about him.

Sakuraaaaa - no need to bring up the conversion thing as a wolf. AM is in her village meta, I'm just not used to her turning the vulpix gaze on me lol

Clem - he probably should be in my POE I just don't feel like putting him there. His energy is very village!Clem and I don't think he goes "wow surprised there are any vanilla town" as a wolf, that's some rookie wolf slippage that I know he is better than.

Lissa - on the weaker end of things, but it would just be strange for OH HOLD ON A MINUTE*******

I'm torn because part of my brain wants to be like "Ooo Lissa epiphany!!" but idk if it's too convoluted?

Like the item and usage makes sense, but we have no way to confirm that KJQ did act on samac, other than it seeming to make sense from the thread, and if we can come to that conclusion then a wolf can surely come to the same conclusion for a fake tracking claim.

Likewise it would seem strange for two wolves to act on the same player, but if Lissa wasn't tracking then...maybe not so strange?

And the big thought I had that ultimately is probably insane, is like...what if PSV wasn't lying about the item, and she was converted n1, because she used the item and ended up in the presence of a wolf and somehow that converted her? Or something?

All of this was triggered by PSV saying she believed Lissa and that there must have been some ~other~ person present for KJQ's death, which is a weird thing for a wolf to do when a Lissa vote was the only way she was gonna live.

Hard though, outted wolves do be doing stuff.

At any rate I have no reason to remove Lissa from the POE other than occam's razor.

Nice goalpost movement. We were discussing my specific action of allowing him to talk to samac in private, not why he's alive. Zenge being left alive because he was wrong about mads could apply to literally anyone, it's not specific to me.

Okay, some morning thoughts. Starting with a list of who I am very confident is town and why (in no particular order):
1. genny - the incident with watching KJQ and seeing PSV/Lissa.
2. mkg - shooting PSV
3. Lissa - I think she was telling the truth about the airtag. That certainly makes more sense then assuming she is somehow also tied up with all the wolfing.
4. vampy - I think she would have been a lot more willing to jump on the mads wagon if she was a wolf. Also, the vanilla thing makes me think she probably is village. (I know it could be referring to her being a vanilla wolf...but is that likely?)
5. me - if anyone has specific questions for me that would help make it clear I'm village, let me know.

People who I think are probably town: zenge, animal midwife, and greedy.

That leaves Dubz and Clem. I don't think I missed anyone but lmk if I did.

When mads was near guaranteed to be the only death D2. Before PSV got caught in the act. You could then have said "you were wrong about mads so why would you be right above me?" Extremely good spot to get paired with a scummy villager.

The cornering I'm referring to is people getting out of the POE thanks to a single item. Which, by extension, made you fall into it.

2. when genny first brought up seeing PSV and Lissa visiting KJQ and dubz's initial reaction was to jump on Lissa instead of PSV, even with everyone else questioning PSV
3. a lot of dubz's points in the current discussion with AM (I'll admit I skimmed some of them, so may have missed something) seem to focus on "if I was a wolf, I wouldn't do this". How do we know she wouldn't? It seems entirely possible to me that she could have chosen to kill samac because that would seem out of character for dubz and it might lead us to clear her. Even with the PSV thing too - her argument is that she would have guided PSV better after genny's accusation by telling her to claim sleepwalker. Would she even have had time to tell PSV what to say? Are we sure she wouldn't have let PSV become a sacrificed packmate in an effort to protect the remaining wolves?
4. Pretty much everyone else has done something or said something that makes it clear they're town (ex. genny's n1 claim, mkg shooting PSV, AM and the unconvertable mp3, etc.). I haven't seen that from dubz. Have I seen things potentially suggesting she is town? Yes. Could she be trying to get us to think she's town? Also yes. She's an experienced player. I don't doubt she knows what to say to seem towny even if she isn't.

It's hard to say if there was any shift in PSV's reads between D0 and D1 because the first reads she gave were on D1. So...that was a fruitless search. Anyway.

As of mobile page twelve: mkg and vampy both light town reads. I have no interest in overthrowing the government (at least, the goat one). I'm not sure I agree with some others on Zenge being a town read; he's neutral for me. KJQ and Greedy have the same brain and it's a lil spoopy

Most of her interactions through the rest of the day were with samac, their back and forth about whether she was usually good at reading samac or not, etc etc. Then she was gone for a bit and came back with a little less than 2 hours before vote close with this...weird post.

PSV went on to yeet samac, which was consistent with her posts throughout the day. This exchange and that point is why I think the argument that we are partnered because she didn't vote for me doesn't make sense. She had no reason to vote for me and potentially clear me if I survived and she went down later when she'd already cleared samac. She didn't even vote fruit or mads at this point to preserve herself, when she was in a 3 way tie with them.

Fruit, greedy, and Kay then followed her to samac in quick succession, leaving PSV at 0 votes.
Greedy briefly moved back to PSV because he thought samac was claiming inventor or some such, and then others were like "wut" and he moved back to samac.


For the record, the vote movement to me then happened after PSV said she was leaving the thread, and she was no longer in vote-based danger, though there was still some chatter about her.

what would you switch? i think i’d move lissa and psv out and put clem and sakura instead

or lissa and samac actually

I just find that...interesting

vampy was henceforth focused on clem and how hard he is to read, until fruit made this post

i'll restate my earlier comment: i think there's a wolf among PSV, samac, WZ, and genny. i think this is a hit.

i’m down to make a vote on dubz if we wanna go in that direction. i still think losing clem wouldnt be the end of the world but thats just me

She then did indeed vote for me after the chatter increased around my name, and fruit/greedy/kay followed soon after.


Tbh I think this with the backseat defenses of PSV on d2 and holding her vote but not showing much work in evaluating where she was leaning towards putting it is a real reason to be scumreading vampy.
