Sorry that I can't help you with your rankings, but they're all excellent programs...you should definitely talk to the GI program director at your home institution (of course, you've probably already done this).

Don't know about GI per se, but my estimation of the quality of the Medicine programs are:

UChicago
UTSW
Cornell = Yale = Northwestern
NYU
Emory = Jefferson
Mt Sinai

Since I doubt you will not match with your first five I wouldn't worry too much about them.
