The physical address is at the very bottom of the main page of midwestern.edu. How you list the recipient is mostly preference.

Not sure if you have an Interfolio account, but they have the addresses stored for pretty much all of the D.O. schools.

So AZCOM has one of my letters marked as received but not the other (the physician letter is still missing). I'm pretty sure my premed committee sent out both of them out in the same packet, so I'm not sure why one has been marked as received but not the other. Does anyone else have this problem?

I read in the first few pages of this thread that people were being recommended to fill out AZCOM's secondary through the Midwestern supplementary app. portal. even if they hadn't received a secondary invite. I have been invited to fill out AZCOM's supplementary but haven't heard anything from CCOM.I don't see a link for CCOM's secondary in the portal either. Do I just have to wait until CCOM sends me an invite or not having a a link for CCOM's secondary in the portal means that I have been screened out?

Just got the "official" complete email this morning. So funny - that was the first correspondence I received from AZCOM. I was one of those that never got a secondary email and just filled out the secondary because it showed up on the portal after the CCOM one. So weird.

yeah I would never simply copy/paste since they'll easily be able to tell that you did that. Re-word them and make them more concise maybe.

My thought process is that every little thing like that is an opportunity to let the adcoms get to know me a bit more. I would try to reword it, explain more, talk about what you learned, anything to go a little deeper than the primary app.

Neither. The portal online changed and had a message to schedule an interview. It also had dates that popped up and I got to pick from about 6 or 7 dates in september. I chose the 14th of september because it is a friday. It says that an email will eventually be sent though...

I was verifed early June and didn't receive a secondary yet, so I called admissions yesterday and they said they sent one out a few weeks ago. Sometimes it will fall under spam they said. They told me to hop on portal and it was there. Doesn't hurt to call if your concerned. They were really nice!

I chose the first day (13th). I'm flying and the plane tickets then are cheper than any other day.

What hotel are you staying at? I've flown into phoenix airport a bunch of times, but never actually been anywhere in AZ. I'm SUPER excited.. Can't believe I got an interview so early!

I really like AZCOM, though I don't know how I feel about Arizona (desert, scorpions, etc). I'm flying Southwest.

I'm already in desert in southern Utah an hour an a half from Vegas. It grows on you. Trust me.

Nice. I'm looking at around $280 round trip. Looking at a hotel+flight deal though. If you find a solid nearby hotel let me know. I'll do the same!

Fly into phoenix sky harbor airport (there is a airport in mesa but its smaller and probably harder to get flights, wouldnt hurt to look either) AZCOM is about 30-45 mins from the airport.

There is a Quality Inn really close to campus and if I remember right there is a shuttle service of some kind to and from the hotel...

Might be a good idea to lurk around last years page as well...

AACOMAS verified on 6/2 (or whatever was the day after it opened for submission). Complete at AZCOM on 7/23. Submitted AZCOM secondary and LORs on 6/30.
