NC State University c/o 2025 Applicants

My theory is that half the hints correspond to OOS applicants and half correspond to IS applicants. Maybe they're deciding on whether to give OOS decisions on Lincoln's B-Day or Valentine's. I'm also thinking that the Saint Patrick's Day hint is for the IS decision letters and maybe Mardi Gras is for IS committee review?

Ok i like this theory but the only thing im thinking is that they didn’t edit the post to include the shamrock icon until after the post had been up for 10 minutes or so. Which would make me think that the first three images are for oos and then they decided to include the shamrock as like a little hint for in state as well. Just a thought haha

Does anyone know how many in state applicants are still in the running g

I keep hoping that maybe IS and OOS will be released at the same time since it's been so long past when OOS is usually released. I know logically there's only like a 1% chance of this actually happening but my brain keeps trying to convince me because I'm so impatient now 😂

I also vote February 12 for OOS!

is there any way we could get another hint? 😂 will it be tomorrow??

Ok this is probably not right but I’m going to give it a shot. It says that The Waiting hit number 19 on the charts on 6/12/1981 so maybe we will hear tomorrow on the 12th??

Anymore hints? @NCSU CVM

the nc state cvm account probably isnt posting anything because they are getting ready to send out our decision letters!!!!! i hope hahaha 🤣

Stevie nicks did the song edge of seventeen based on Tom petty and his wife... common NCSU, another little clue for the weekend?

I’m hoping the clues meant it’s in between Abe’s bday and Valentine’s Day then and we’ll hear tomorrow 🤞

Would hearing on the weekend be historically accurate? Is that something they have done in the past?

alright y’all i scrolled back all the way from class of 2024 to class of 2021 and they have let students know on monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday, but never saturday or sunday 🙁

Then what do all these clues mean 😭😭

Hey, there's a first time for everything! Besides, it's been a weird cycle - I'm pretty sure I got my rejection email from CSU at like 3AM, so it's not like schools are sticking to business hours to send stuff out

Hear me out, since last year decision were released on Friday, we’ll hear tomorrow aka Saturday. It’s chronologic 🥴

ok....... this theory actually 100% makes sense because before last cycle when they came out on a friday, the decisions were released on wednesday and thursday for in state and out of state. and then years before that was monday and tuesday 😂😂😂

I'm pretty sure that Abe Lincoln is a hint for President's Day which is Monday. Don't think they'll send decisions over a weekend...
