Hey all, I am between these two schools and I wanted to hear anyone's take on them. I would also appreciate any other important factors I should consider in choosing a school.

For me so far, NJMS is 15 minutes from home so I can see my family very easily, and instate tuitoin

For Einstein, it is ranked higher (but i don't really care about that)

I want to help out in an under served community and they both seem the same in terms of that. And they both have really early clinical exposure.

Thanks all.

If you don't care at all about ranking then go where you think you will be happiest. UMDNJ seems like the choice for you

While Einstein is rated a bit higher it is not a top tier school. If in-state tuition and proximity to your family is important NJMS is the correct choice. Do well in school (most importantly Step 1) and you will be fine.
