It was an e-mail, then you clicked on a link to schedule your interview. There were a lot of choices which was good. The earliest date available was August 23rd. I chose September 27th myself. I did not see any Fridays, just Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Wow, Congrats! I didn't know that schools even review your file until you are "complete" with LORs submitted. They must really, really like you. 😉

Ha! I can only hope so. NSU is definitely in my top 5 schools. Only reason it's closer to 4 or 5 for me is because it's so dang far away from Utah and I don't want to drive myself across the country!

Can any current students shed some light on the Spanish courses? Are they put together well? How intense is the course?

I'll probably schedule on the 23rd because that's when flights are cheapest for me.

FYI: I called a few hotels and Hampton has shuttles to and from the airport and NSU (Nova's list says the Holiday Inn does too, but when I called she said they only have it from the airport)

I never got a complete email.


Also stats for those of you wondering: sGPA 3.3, cGPA 3.4 MCAT 28P. I'm out of state on the West Coast and submitted the NSU secondary around July 9th

Wish I had this option. My earliest appt date is the 26th. Do you reckon it's worth calling and asking if I could interview on the 23rd? It would save me a bunch of money.

Can't hurt. Plus when I first logged on the 28th wasn't available but after trying a few times a spot opened up. Just keep checking.

I submitted July 3. I did not receive an email stating I was complete, but I called to make sure I was last week. 3.4c/3.6s/33

I'm checking out last year's thread right now haha.. I'll let you know what I find!

Oh and my stats are 3.42 / 30P and, most importantly, I didn't have any physician letter (working on getting this fixed ASAP though, but I'm very grateful to Nova for even considering me at the moment)

Got the interview invite this morning!! Interviewing Aug 30th!! They emailed me to set up the date for those wondering, and I submitted my secondary 7/3. Can't wait!!! Congrats to everyone else as well!

Interview on sept 6. I'm going to LECOM-Bradenton on the 24th of August, so wish I could get an aug 23rd interview! Glad to get an interview either way though.
Now I just need to check if they will accept me without a non-science prof letter of recommendation. I have 2 science, a DO, and a pre-med advisor. I wonder if the admissions people could even tell me if I could accepted with that?

I've wondered this about all schools so far. Seems to be all at once.

This is entirely my opinion so be sure to take it with a saltshaker, but here goes:

The whole point of submitting AMCAS/AACOMAS super early was to get secondaries super early, which in turn enables you to get early interview invites before classes start filling up.

Not to mention, I personally think that selecting an early date shows that you are genuinely interested in the school (but, again, this is just an opinion and I have no stats to back uo what I'm saying)
