Okay I released my 11/15 date if anyone here wants it. Unfortunately now my 1/10 is no longer available so I'm currently holding 1/26 and will hope to get back to my original 1/10.

oops sorry, i'm a bit late. hope it went well though!
for anyone interviewing in the near future - i think the best advice i can give is the standard know why you want to go to nova (in moderate detail) and why you want to pursue osteopathic medicine etc. the rest of the interview questions come from your app/experiences. and i second beachblondie... they day is quite long so make sure you get some sleep!!

I read somewhere (maybe even this thread?) that Nova suspends further interviews through the month of December, so after this wave there will likely not be any more interviews until January. Is this true? Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Can confirm (source: admissions member told me). They are booked for the remainder of this month and have been scheduling into next year for couple of weeks now.

If any applicants or current students have questions about Nova, especially related to clinical rotations, applying to residency, opportunities to pursue the specialty you're thinking of, and matching, then there are a couple upperclassmen including myself, and an alumni floating around. We don't check the thread all the time though, so it's better to just send us a PM.

As for application related questions (waitlist, #interviews, etc), I usually defer to the M1s and M2s as the application cycle changes every year and it's been four years or more since some of us applied to medical school. Wow I can't believe I just typed that. Four years..

same here! i wouldnt worry about it, they made it clear many times its due december 14. i think their automated system just had a glitch

Okay, hah, thank you! I was starting to freak out because I'm waiting for another result (probably a rejection, but we'll see) and didn't want to double-dip with my finances.

Took me a week to sort out some things but I'm accepting the offer! Can't wait to see you guys in August!!

I usually don't have a problem getting a hold of them, I get a response within 24 hours usually.

I wouldn't be too concerned yet. I interviewed 11/15, and they only said that we'll know sometime before Christmas. So that's a potential waiting period of over a month. And looking back, it looks like some August/September interviewers found out in 8 days, and others in a month. Hoping the best for you!
